Fantastic experience: My Aunt lives at a property managed by Horizon Realty Group and I feel comfortable with her living there with me 30 minutes away and knowing she is safe and supported by them. She had a plumbing issue and in the 40 minutes in traffic it took me to get out there in the evening, they had already arranged for a maintenance tech to come out and support her more immediate needs and then a plumber came shortly after to check and resolve all other issues. By the time I arrived, they were already half-way through testing and moving to other areas for cleanout. All the while, I was receiving text messages from Kaylee, the manager, updating me all the way up until after 10pm to make sure all was taken care of and my Aunt was comfortable with the situation. She also keeps me updated for payments (my Aunt is aging and does not remember when she overpays) and just checks in generally to make sure all is OK (as I am added as a second to the account to help my Aunt). This has been a very positive experience knowing she is in good hands.

Fantastic experience: Ashley and the entire Horizon Realty Group team are amazing. When the home we were renting was sold we were terrified we would be put out when the new owners purchased it. Ashley helped me, my disabled Husband and our young Son be able to stay in this home and continue renting. She actively helps with getting any repair done when we need it in a timely manner. Finding a property manager that looks out for tenants is a rare thing to find and you will find that with Ashley and Horizon Realty Group. Highly recommend reaching out to her if you need help finding a rental or selling your home. Definitely the best real estate company in town. ❤️

Negative experience: Terrible at communication. Allows property owners to be slum lords. Doesn't do periodic walk thru of their rentals so home owners are shocked to see their homes destroyed. Takes no responsibility. Rude in the way they talk to tenants, almost in a threatening tone. This is my opinion based on my interactions with them. I do have some proof as to the communication and slum lord property owner and the fact they say property management but then say it needs to be taken up with owner. I get sometimes the owner needs to approve things but that should be communicated from them not the tenants and it should not take a week or longer for communication to happen for major repairs and emergency situations such as no water or leaks of any kind.

Fantastic experience: The Horizon Realty Group is exceptional in every way. Going into my third (3) year with them and they are just as extraordinary as when they were when impressing me in the beginning. There has been nothing that has come up they could not handel from government affordable housing annual monitoring to construction projects rebuilding exterior staircases for 100 units. Not easy to move in and out 2 family’s in 5 day. They did this each week for about 6 months and did not miss a deadline. Pulled permits coordinated with construction team. My life went from stress to relaxation. Even had capacity to buy another investment. I have my life back. Thank you Kali & Kessika you and your team are lifers with me.

Negative experience: This company only cares about money. The big houses they care about more than the people living in 40 year old apartments.They don’t do expections like needed termites all in the walls. They also raise the rent every month and they don’t even get back to you about your repairs needed. Horrible

Fantastic experience: I moved here in July of last year, and I’ve had a great experience living at this property. Jessika and Karlisha have both been incredibly helpful and supportive always checking in to see if I needed anything, whether it was during my move-in or now as I prepare to move out. They’ve consistently gone above and beyond, not just for me but for my family as well. I’ve referred two people my friend and my brother and they both moved in and love the apartments just as much. I’ve truly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live. The only reason I’m leaving is because I recently had a new baby, and we simply need more space. I lived in a two-bedroom, one-bath unit, and any time an issue came up, it was handled quickly and professionally. I’m really thankful for the experience and the staff this is a great place to call home !
