While she was representing to her clients that we only owned a 1/52nd interest in our home and threatened the consummation of the sale, Francine calmly and professionally managed to correct the misinformation with the people that matter, to wit: the title insurer and the lender. Fantastic experience: I've got some real estate experience so I thought I'd do a FSBO and save 20+grand in commissions. I had talked with a few area realtors but they were more interested in getting my listing first before discussing my questions and concerns. I was about ready to post my listing but decided to call Assist 2 Sell Realty first and see what they had to say. Smartest thing I've done in a long time! Francine came out to my home that afternoon, looked over everything inside and out, took some photos and measurements and actually took the time to clearly explain her services and fees and discuss my questions and expectations. She told me she would run some comps and get back to me the next day to discuss her marketing recommendations. Francine called the next morning and went over her research and marketing plan. We had an in depth discussion about pricing the property correctly in the volatile marketplace we are in. Her knowledge and years of experience were invaluable in arriving at the right listing price. That discussion alone was well worth the price of her services. I agreed to have Francine list the property and handle everything involved in the sale. She had professionally done photos taken the next day and after my approval of everything the listing went out on Thursday, we had 3 qualified showings scheduled for Friday and 2 more for Saturday. The first showing submitted an over asking price offer to purchase later that day. I accepted the offer and it closed a month later without a hitch. Throughout the whole process, Francine handled everything in a most organized, accurate, professional manner. If there were any questions, she contacted me right away. She took care of everything that needed to be done. Francine was truly a pleasure to work with! I'm so glad I made that last minute call to her office, if you want to buy or sell a house, you should call her.

Negative experience: Well I see a lot of great reviews on here, here’s my totally opposite experience. I was considering selling my home so I contacted Francine to come give me an evaluation. I had a good idea of what I was going to price it at, having sold many times “by owner” in the past. I’m fairly knowledgeable I like to think and most of the time it’s a simple process. But I was curious to get an “expert” opinion to compare with my own thoughts and maybe consider listing it with Assist to Sell if I felt it was beneficial. So we set up a time, they come check out my home and get back to me the next day with a list price waaaaay, waaay under what I was expecting seeing most of the listings I see with this company are through the roof. Anyway…I could go on with tons of details but I’m trying to keep this short an to the point. The accuracy of the details of my home were extremely off from the actual specs even though they walked through it. But my main point is….the price they gave me that they wanted to list it for was $75,000 dollars!!! Under what I actually sold the home for within 3 weeks, and I didn’t even end up advertising it. Word of mouth that I was going to be selling…..who knows what it would have went for it I actually listed myself and got into a multi offer situation. I’m sure lots of people are happy with getting nearly double what there home is worth, even in this market. I feel sorry for the people buying these places listed with A.T.S. As most of their listings are extremely over priced. So I can’t explain why I was given such a low evaluation, but I’m definitely glad I chose not to use there service. Hopefully in the future they may change my mind.

She set up a photographer and made sure it was listed in a timely and professional manner. I believe it was the first or second day we had an offer....then another....then another. At the end of the day we sold our home at $20,000.00 dollars over the asking price! From our original investment to close we made almost 40% more than what we had paid for the home!!
