Fantastic experience: The year is 2025 and you are looking for a home in Bucks County. Cost of housing is sky high and interest rates aren’t dropping substantially enough to make a real difference in your monthly budget. You feel lost, discouraged and hopeless about your prospects of buying a home. Then you meet Sue Thomas and while no one can magically make the aforementioned issues go away, she came pretty damn close to it. Sue has bent over backwards to help us find the right home at the right price in the right area. My husband and I are located on a different coast and not only did she masterfully manage the time zone differences but she went personally to tour homes when we couldn’t make it out to see within the tight time frames we were facing in this sellers market. Negative experience: I understand Sue was on vacation but she did not follow up with me after I requested to in an email. I asked in the email ‘can you chat next week?’ And she didn’t even acknowledge it, but just told me a mobile home wouldn’t be a good fit for me (after not even speaking with me on the phone) she also addressed me as ‘Janice’ and not Janelle in the email. Hmm maybe just don’t reply to email on vacay? I also said I was not interested in a condo, and she said in another email a condo may be a good fit for me. Perhaps she doesn’t want to work with a first time buyer so I’d recommend to stay away if you aren’t buying an expensive home. She probably just wants the commission for a larger home.

Fantastic experience: We met Sue a while back and knew if we were ever going to sell our home, she would be our realtor. Well the time came and we contacted her and began the process. Sue came over to our house, listened to our concerns and gave us her honest opinion as far as pricing went. We agreed on a price, she had her photographer come over, the listing went on the MLS and in less than ONE WEEK our house was sold!
