Fantastic experience: I bought a house at the end of 2024 with the help of Kobe Shetler, and I could not have asked for a better realtor. He was not the listing agent on the house, but I reached out to him to help guide me through the buying process and I am very glad I did. Kobe walked me through every single step from the very beginning to the very end, including explaining things I did not even know I should be asking about. He somehow made the entire process feel way less stressful than I originally thought it would be. He sat with me at the bank when we signed the final papers. He stayed until the very last paper was signed, even though he absolutely did not have to. That pretty much sums up how he operates. He goes above and beyond, without you even asking him to. Overall, Kobe was awesome throughout the entire process, incredibly helpful, and just great to work with. I didn’t just feel like I had a realtor helping me buy a house, I felt like I had a friend walking me through the process. I would 100% buy with him again and recommend him to anyone who wants a realtor that actually shows up and cares.

Fantastic experience: Cliff Sparng and Kendra made selling our father's home easier and less stressful than I ever thought possible. I realize this home was nothing compared to the estates and properties they typically sell but for my father it was his largest asset. What I appreciated about Cliff was he treated us no different than if he was selling a million dollar property. He was always available for our questions and if he said he was going to do something or be somewhere you could count on it. Integrity and a man of his word. His co worker/helper Kendra was absolutely wonderful and so very patient with my elderly father. Truly a great team. We ourselves have lived at the same residence for 32 years and haven't dealt with realtors, moving and all the logistics but they so patiently walked us through every step with helping our dad. We will definitely be calling them if the day comes we need to move. I can't count how many people we've recommended them to already. Awesome team with great results.

Fantastic experience: I have worked with Kauffman on a couple of occasions and have been very pleased. Susan helped us find a home when we moved to the area and as we recently purchased a vacant parcel. We love working with her as she was very prompt in response answering all of our questions and extremely helpful throughout the searching and buying process. Fantastic experience: We used Kaufman's to auction off both the household property and the house/land after my Dad's passing. Jake Schlabach was amazingly kind and helped us every step of the way from cleaning up the property and advertising the auctions to support day of and after the online auctions. He and Kevin Lehman made the process easy! They were quick to respond, fair in their dealings and willing to help us with our specific needs. I can't recomend them highly enough if you are looking to sell an estate!

Negative experience: Did business with these folks one time recently. Not overly impressed with their online auction. I felt that some items were certainly misrepresented in description and photos. As one example, items claimed in the description to be in working order but when I picked up the item I found the cord had been cut with no plug among other issues. Hard to claim in working order when it has no cord. Yes there were preview times available and yes I am certainly aware of how auctions work. I deal with a lot of auction companies around the region and find most do a much better job representing and photographing their items for their online auctions. I also emailed this company with questions regarding items before the auction and received no response. On a positive note, on pickup day everyone was friendly and helpful and for the most part seem to be organized.
