Fantastic experience: Very quick to respond for a sudden issue, Works very well and even cleaned up after the job was completed, which I am very grateful for!! Thank you again for the courtesy and the professional job well done!!

Negative experience: Whole lot of trash laying everywhere by the dumpsters, maintenance request are not answered fast enough, flea and cock roach issues, shared plumbing causes many many back ups and issues causing back yards to flood and bathtubs to be filled with poop water and sinks to not drain. To top it off all of the people who park sideways in front of apartments with designated parking and small children running around barefoot and unsupervised. I’ve been here for two years and the problems continue to stack. Something has to be done I do NOT recommend moving here unless that’s the lifestyle you want here

Fantastic experience: I lived at Kennedy Court for 2 yrs & i had some issues but I also rented knowing they were possible and the buildings are old as dirt. Given the area I never had any problems with crime and had left my car unlocked. The maintenance guy Joseph is awesome and the reason I put 5 stars. Anytime I had put in an order he was always there within an hour and did everything he could to fix the problem. Definitely gotta keep him happy $$$ because its really hard to find a worker like him.

Fantastic experience: My children and I spent nearly 3yrs at Kennedy Court and it was a nice place for us. The apartment was cute, rent affordable and we rarely had any maintenance problems and when we did it was something minor and resolved quickly. The property management team is friendly and reasonable to work with if you have any issues. The neighbors are mostly working class people that are friendly or keep to themselves. The place is pretty quiet after like 9-10pm. My only real criticism of this place is the laundry room that is always being used or a machine or two are broken down often. If you can do your laundry mid week, early mornings or late evenings you’ll probably be fine tho. For the last about year I would take my laundry to the laundromat around the corner across from the Sheriffs office building. That laundry place is decent and has a friendly staff, they do offer a pick up service. If it wasn’t for the laundry room issues I would have given a higher rating. Living there was pretty peaceful and pleasant otherwise. If you’re looking for a safe, affordable place near the beach, downtown Titusville and Kennedy Space Force Center and I-95, this is a good place to consider. I did not have pets but this place seems cat and dog friendly.

Fantastic experience: I am grateful for the time at Kennedy court. Never had an issue with our apartment or management. They were absolutely good to us, even for a brief moment when we had a severe struggle. Their compassion did make a difference, and I will always be grateful for that.

Negative experience: If ZERO stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️ were an option, that’s exactly what this place would get. This community looks decent from the outside, but once you live here, the truth comes out quickly. Many residents have gone through the same ongoing issues that never seem to get resolved. Units are handed over in poor condition — there have been repeated reports of roaches found immediately after move-in, including inside boxes and belongings. Management has claimed the units were fumigated, but infestations continue. Pest control is minimal at best, leaving residents to purchase their own treatments just to make their homes livable. Maintenance is extremely understaffed, with apparently only one maintenance worker responsible for all 64 units. Plumbing problems are constant due to old cast-iron pipes, which cause frequent clogs. Work orders are often marked as “completed” with no follow-up or resolution. There are no in-unit washers or dryers, only a shared laundry area with a few barely working machines. One out of order and the other ones that do work rarely dry clothes completely. Parking is limited and cramped, with only one space per unit. The “dog park” is nothing more than a fenced patch of grass with a bench — far from what’s advertised. Half the buildings have been power washed, and the other half left untouched. Every time it rains, the power goes out, which also shuts down the front gates that are supposed to make this a “gated community.” The gates rarely function at all. The leasing office never answers the phone, and communication is only through text messages, which are often ignored. The property struggles with stray cats, overflowing dumpsters, and unsupervised children running around at all hours. Rent is over $1,300 for a two-bedroom, one-bath, not including utilities, except for water.. For that price, tenants should expect safe, well-maintained living conditions — instead, they’re dealing with constant issues. Fixtures break within weeks, and basic maintenance is ignored. To make matters worse, management refuses to work with residents on rent payments, even though rent increases happen every year. There have been multiple evictions and forced move-outs simply because people can’t afford the rising costs for such poorly maintained apartments. Raising rent while failing to improve the property or fix ongoing problems is both unethical and exploitative. Residents at Kennedy Court have been through absolute hell dealing with these conditions and deserve some form of compensation or rent adjustment for paying so much for so little. The community has been patient, cooperative, and understanding, but the management has shown no accountability. When you do the math, this complex brings in at least $1,300 per unit × 64 units = $83,200 every single month in rent alone — that’s roughly $998,400 per year. Nearly a million dollars a year, yet residents are living with roaches, plumbing issues, power outages, and broken amenities. There’s no excuse for this level of neglect when that kind of money is coming in every month. This place is mismanaged, overpriced, and neglected. It’s advertised as a beautiful gated community, but the reality is far from it. What’s written here reflects the real, shared experiences of multiple tenants who have had enough. If you’re considering moving here, PLEASE do your research, talk to current tenants, and look elsewhere if you want quality, honesty, and management that actually values its residents.

Fantastic experience: I’ve never lived anywhere where the maintenance people were so on point and quick to fix things. It’s very nice knowing that if we have a problem with something we don’t have to wonder when it will be fixed Adding to my earlier post I just wanted to mention I’ve never lived anywhere that actually took suggestions from tenants until here. I made a suggestion that we need better lighting in our dog park because it was so dark you need a flashlight to clean up after your dog. Joe is putting up solar lights everywhere! We have the best maintenance guy ever! I also have the best neighbors all around. I love it here

Negative experience: The apartments have overgrown trees that drop leaves all over your cars. Cats running all over the place getting under your cars and on your porches. Laundry room always has broken machines and it takes forever to get a response from the office staff.

Negative experience: It takes a while for maintenance to come fix anything. It’s like going through hoops. No communication. I hate when it’s needed

Fantastic experience: Been many years since I have been to this area and was glad I rented this apartment here. Very nice and clean and very quiet and safe area. On site laundry is a plus. Comfortable and feel right at home.

Positive experience: Update 3 renewals later…still no regrets moving here but now happy I’m moving out…management is practically nonexistent and expects one single maintenance guy, who is GREAT btw, to handle everything. Normal, sometimes selfish neighbors that don’t follow rules and cause issues…and that happens anywhere. But when issue occurs that cause severe impact on your quality of living I see no action just excuses that is if you get an answer. Tenants let their children run around like wild animals and some of these children don’t even live here. They leave trash everywhere that blows into my area. Play games around my vehicle which has caused scratches, climb all over the property walls, and scream like banshees. I even found one against the barrier of my unit with his camera phone pointed at my windows doing whatever and laughing and although I chased them off and told them to stay away from my area and vehicle I asked management to handle it and nothing. Maintenance is still super! They raise rent claiming to want to remain “competitive”in the market without fixing issues and a minuscule fraction of the amenities that other places offer for the same price. They still don’t do anything about tenants that leave their pets waste everywhere. I used to like the place because of the charm and quiet but decided to move after being here since 2021 because it isn’t worth the crap that happens that I shouldn’t have to deal with. And this is coming from a person that despises the process of moving. It was good while it lasted but on to the next one. Again, maintenance guy Joseph…mad props! Super responsive and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Joe arrived within hours, patched the damaged area so I could shower, then was back at 8 in the morning to replace all tiles and clean up. I am very pleased with the repairs and very pleased with the response and work!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Great communication, especially with the hurricane. Very hands on Owners. Not a single complaint. Renewed my lease once already. Just want to update: We lived at Kennedy court for 3 years. My experience with management never changed. Always willing to work with me, always took care of the property and notified us when inspections or pest control was happening. Served us very well and promptly with our service request. And lastly with all of my years of renting they were the VERY FIRST company to give us back all of our original deposit. With the others it seemed there was always some reason they could give it back in full and that was not the case with Kennedy Court. I must also note, that the only reason we moved out was because we were outgrowing our apartment and needed something bigger. If you are looking for something with 2 bedrooms and a very reasonable monthly payment you will be so satisfied with the management of Kennedy Court Apartments.

Fantastic experience: After 2 years we are moving as my military position relocated me, but we enjoyed our stay here. Lisa, the manager is always helpful and super communicative. Prices are reasonable and fair to the “current” FL average, and most things in the apartment are fairly new and updated. Maintenance is always pretty quick and easy. We definitely enjoyed our stay here and if you’re a clean, respectful, and responsible renter, I definitely recommend KCt apartments.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been here almost 10months. Haven’t really had problems with neighbors or loud noises. Everyone is pretty nice. The office responded in timely manner. Maintenance is always on point, Joseph is attentive and it’s very appreciated!

Fantastic experience: I’ve lived here for 7 months and I LOVE IT HERE. They’re so welcoming, all of my neighbors are amazing. Maintenance doesn’t hesitate when something needs to be done. Lisa has always put in 100% to help when needed. On top of all of that they also made it feel more like home with some lights on the gate AND sent us Christmas gift cards. I’m so grateful to be able to call this place my home.

Fantastic experience: The maintenance crew member Joseph is doing a great job handling my maintenance issues. We are currently working towards eliminating the rodent issue in my unit. I trust his ability to fix the rodent problem, however if the issue continues I would like management to intervene with a professional exterminator.

Negative experience: I left multiple voice-mails and at least one email trying to become a tennant here. No one ever responded. No call backs, no texts, nothing. I absolutely would not recommend trying to live here, especially if you were rushing to get a place like I was. 0/10.

Positive experience: Place is smaller that expected. But it’s nice inside. Was pretty clean and looked new. From the pix I thought I had a private back porch area, not the case. Some tenants are very negative. I think you need security; a car stolen off the lot and another broken into yesterday; I now realize I’m not living in the best area and I will protect myself and my property and others as well but for me if I have to take all these extra steps to feel safe I do not know how long I’ll be staying in the complex. I do like it even with all that. I’m from the streets so it’s not an issue but understand that the security is something that need looked at ASAP. Other than that I am enjoying my relocation. Thank you for helping with that! Greatly appreciated. The only reason I did not make this a 4 star is the security issue. Seen a person yesterday just reach over the fence and unlock the gate??? Did not think that was possible; not good. Please look into this please...people like it here but they want to feel safe

Positive experience: Office and maintenance respond quickly and professionally. If there is a downside it's that I can smell what ever the neighbors are cooking, smoking, etc. because of a shared attic space. Also not enough washers/dryers for this many people and are sometimes taken for an entire afternoon by one or two people

Fantastic experience: Kennedy court is quiet and nicely renovated!

Positive experience: The trash is always nasty, due people not caring about it . The laundry room is always nasty. The people who live here are just ones that dont care. The stealing that is going on, makes you feel very uneasy with where we live. The loud music that is always being played by certain cars coming in here. If you were able to get that all under control it wouldn't be bad.

Negative experience: The lady that called me back today September 23rd 2021 was rude and hung up the phone on me. She said I didn't meet application requirements, although I had not put in an application as yet. I am a retired military veteran who had just moved to the area. I WILL NOT be using this company and I will advise my fellow military battle buddies who are supposed to move to the area in a few weeks to reconsider.
