Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this small local realtor business . The owner does so much for our community and constantly giving back. It’s a 1 stop shop with financing available, insurance and of course the best realtors. I recommend Troy from realty 1 group! He’s a go getter and bends over backwards to find you the right house if you’re looking to buy and same goes if you’re selling!

Negative experience: Lisa Blair was my agent through this company and that’s all this review is about. Everyone else at the company has done more than enough to fix her incompetence. This woman will completely lie to make money and will leave you stranded to the truth. She should not even be selling anything to anyone. She completely lied about several things I asked her and has left me with a huge problem when buying a house with her NON GUIDANCE! If you ask her something she does research anything and doesn’t get back to you in a timely manner. Several times I thought maybe it was not her fault until I caught her in a lie twice. HORRIBLE AGENT!

Fantastic experience: Lisa Marie Urban! She helped me buy my first home and then sell it later on when I moved out of the QCA. I also bought another house with my husband with her. She is always fast and responsive, she makes sure you have everything taken care of and makes sure you understand everything every step of the way! My mom has used other realtors for her home to sell and we have been sorely disappointed. When compared to Lisa there is no one better! We refuse to use anyone else now!

Fantastic experience: I have known Jinnie Riley for almost 10 years. She worked for me prior to becoming a real estate agent. I contacted her in 2017 when I was trying to sell my home. I learned quickly that she had found her calling. She was very thorough, very professional and I was most impressed with her communication and helping me thru the process start to finish. I had never sold a home before I was so happy she helped me sell mine "for sale by owner." She was able to get potential buyers very quickly. She assisted in helping me sell my home in under 3 weeks! She also helped sell my girlfriend's house in under 90 days. Prior to contracting with Mrs. Riley her house was on the market for 1.5 yrs with another realtor company.
