Fantastic experience: I am a real estate agent. But I wanted to write this review because I have been so impressed with the helpfulness and professionalism of this brokerage. I have had interactions with five team members from an assistant, three agents, and the admin. ALL have helped me with documents, keys, showing access, etc even if it is NOT their listing. Coming from Dallas-Fort Worth real estate after 13yrs back to my hometown, I am blown away with this level of teamwork. The cherry on top when I walked into the office to get keys was that the admin had printed out MLS sheets FOR me! This is always something I do myself for my clients. That level of service has really made an impression. I know why you are so successful and why 75% of the listings I showed were with your office. Bravo and thank you all.

Fantastic experience: Many may feel that they will "never" find that perfect property or home and thus, "settle". My experience is that "never" is only if you do not have an agent that truly cares about their client and will commit to whatever it takes to find that perfect property or home. Amber Jolley is just that agent and she produced that for us. Amber tirelessly worked with us non-stop for almost six months until she found the needle in the haystack. Once Amber found our gem, she continued to communicate well and provided a wonderful timeline with clear deadlines all the way to closing. After closing, Amber didn't stop there but showed she truly cared about her commitment to us by making a follow up contact to us after the close to see if we had any questions. I honestly can not tell you that Amber has a true work day or work hours but what I can assure you is that she worked 24/7/365 for us and I am sure she will do the same for you: She is genuine, honest, a hard worker, extremely knowledgeable and has a terrific laugh. Fantastic experience: We acquired two properties and experienced numerous complications from seller's faulty description (which caused our financing to fall through), survey errors discovered by our surveyor (which was the initial alert to the faulty description), multiple alterations to documents at our request, and so on. Colton Pool was fantastic throughout the process. He drove out and walked the property, took videos and sound levels for us. Advised us on various features of the land. Then made all the arrangements for multiple remote closings. Colton has demonstrated a big heart and deep concern for his clients and we would definitely recommend Colton Pool and the Charles Pool Real Estate firm to everyone seeking properties in the Nacogdoches area. It has been a pleasure working with Colton as we explored several properties before making our choices.

Negative experience: I have never dealt with a realtor before until this week and as far getting them to show me a couple of commercial sites has been like pulling teeth. They hung up in my face Cindy did, and still hasn’t returned or responded to our requests to view a property or two. I will look elsewhere.

Negative experience: My call was returned, but I missed it, I then called back but never heard from them again. I also filled out their on line questionnaire regarding the type of home we were interested in and have never heard back. Must have plenty of business?

Negative experience: Buyer beware. Make sure to ask questions. The realestate agent we used was also to selling agent ( which I should have known better). Love the house but a lot of questions were avoided and misrepresented. Should have offered less money to make repairs that were needed and a good agent helping us would have advised us.
