Fantastic experience: This was a VERY whirlwind sale. I initially had a different realtor out of Luverne, MN in mid-June. Unfortunately, he retired before construction was completed, and we were left wondering what to do. Genny McCuen with Re/Max came highly recommended as THE realtor for the Worthington lake area, and she didn't disappoint! She told me the real estate market in Worthington lasted through October, and she was correct. We finished construction September 1, finished staging and listed the property September 15, and she had it sold on contingency by September 20. What's more, she worked with the realtor for our buyers, too, so they had THEIR home sold in 5 more days! Yes, that fast! So fast, in fact, that the final closing of the two properties will be on October 17th. That's a MONTH AND 2 DAYS from the listing of our Estate home to the sale of BOTH HOUSES. I'd call that Faster Than Light in the current generation's lingo. And it all started with Genny McCuen and our lake home on Okabena in Worthington. Strong work, Genny! THANK YOU! You'll never know how grateful we are you took this on for us!

Negative experience: Realtor promised to send me some Disclosures from a previous owner then refused to send them. I wanted them so I would have an accurate reference when I chose to sell my home. Now she has refused to send them stating there was no obligation for her to send them to me. I asked if she would tell me who the listing agent was so I could contact them, or how to secure a copy from someone else, she has made no further contact. No integrity!

Fantastic experience: Had went there to look at one property to get some cost estimates but then had left looking at two properties that would suit us for buying with the listings and a bunch of other information that was super helpful.
