Fantastic experience: Mike Epperson from Lakeland was our realtor to sell and buy, and we cannot say enough good things about him. He was caring, thoughtful, thorough, prompt, listened well and really excelled in every area we could have asked for. He was very involved and quick to respond, and competently helped us through any issue that came up. He made us feel at ease through each step. Words cannot express how highly I recommend him!

We're More than understanding and worked with me when I found a small title problem after a few small hiccups Everything worked out good. Not even mad when I interrupted dinner cause forgot time difference.

Fantastic experience: We recently purchased a property and had the opportunity to have Mike as our realtor. He was the realtor for the seller and we just wanted to quickly scoop up this property and went for it. "Quickly" did not end up being the case and Mike was there every step of the way. The property we were purchasing had a vacant easment on it that ran across the home and most of what little yard there was. He worked every avenue he could to get it taken care of (which was ALOT) and got it all done! And honestly for the wild ride it was, it didn't end up really taking that long to close. We have been in the home buying/selling/renovating business for a while and realtors that go the extra mile are always a blessing during these crazy purchases. Negative experience: If I could give 0 stars I would. Folks, do NOT do business with Kim. She sold me a house and I asked about the title before buying. She said she has it. I bought it from her and asked about the title. She led me on for a couple weeks. Finally she said she don’t have it. She was trying to get me to do it the illegal way to fix it. I had to hire an attorney to get the title. She refused to pay for it and cost me another $1300. She said that was why I got a good deal. Which was $3000 more than she literally just paid and she made me pay 6 months lot rent when I bought it. Her family managed the land where I lived and they made my life hell for a year there. I worked so hard on the property at the lake for a great swimming area and camping area. Kim destroyed it with a skid steer. I decided to sell my place and leave. Her behavior and being the most unprofessional person I ever dealt with. I have now sold my home and started a class action lawsuit.

He checked the property to be sure the pipes didn't freeze, stayed in very regular contact with us, researched and assisted with our questions and concerns, willingly acted as the go-between for us and the closing company, and even contacted future neighbors when that was necessary to get us the info we needed to set up utilities and other services so that we could close sales in 2 states - selling our previous home & buying our new home - and move to the new house all on the same day.
