She started by helping us line up houses to look at all in one day due to our schedule and make a list of 8/9 homes then planned out our route to make it the most effective trip as possible. She worked with us even though we weren’t located in NC yet and made the process as easy as possible. Helped us line up contractors and flooring people to come measure the home for estimates so work could be completed once we closed. This was extremely helpful for us with our tight timeline. She went above and beyond every step of the way for our family and I couldn’t be more thankful.

She helped up purchase our new home and the transaction was seamless. From start to finish she answered every question, every text, every email and every phone call. She made herself available at any time! I highly recommend this office and this agent!

Negative experience: Lynne was extremely rude when I called in to inquire about one of their listed properties. I felt as if I was an inconvenience to her time. I’m a first time buyer and I had some general questions. With being in a military community I would hope that a company as big as this, that they would be more understanding. If you’re someone who is new to this and needing general support and comfort, don’t direct your business here. ESPECIALLY not with this **** Lynne.

Negative experience: All about the sale and money – It appears that Ms. Autumn Budde to fulfill a contract agreement to sell a home for Coldwell/Banker Advantage (Raeford, NC) in regard to repair of a wheelchair lift was only interested in the prize; a check at the end of the day. When previewing this house as a potential home for purchase, our realtor Mrs. Dietchi Thomas from Military Family Realty (Fayetteville, NC) conveyed to us the lift was not operating and needed repair; and would be by closing. Now the problem, after using the lift two times and within a week after moving into the house, the lift broke down again. After reporting this to Mrs. Thomas she contacted both Ms. Budde and Ms. Lisa Geddie the Sales Manager of Coldwell/Banker; which their response was there was nothing they could do, stating seller was not responsible, and did not feel as if it was her problem. The misfortune of this situation is how do you sign a contract with a company (Godwin Elevator) knowing they stated, “By performing this work, Godwin Elevator makes no guarantees, express or implied, about the future working of the elevator.” How do you go into contract with no type of warranty and a week later the repaired item breaks down again and you throw your hands up not trying to rectify the problem? My wife and I went into this contract in good faith, however; it appears as long as the lift was working at the time of closure then we inherited the problem. It’s apparent the issue was not resolved in the beginning if the lift broke down after using it twice within a week after closing. This is very troubling and the only conclusion that can be made was the sale was all about the money; it almost seems as though enough was done to satisfy the terms of the closing and no more. The initial cost for repairs was $1285.00, which was paid by the seller and then we were provided another quote a few days later for $2118 00 to replace the charger as the initial problem was diagnosed as dead batteries. After finding another local company the lift was repaired for less than a $1000.00 where the new technician, we hired was perplexed to why apparently no one checked the charger on the initial call. So here were are, individuals who write contracts all the time apparently feel as employees of Coldwell/Banker Advantage have no ethical responsibly to step in to right a wrong based on a bad contract they accepted. SHAME/SHAME COLDWELL/ BANKER ADVANTAGE!

Negative experience: TONI MCCALL was my agent for a short time. She did not have comprehension of requirements for USDA loan and almost put us in a situation of losing money based on lack of knowledge. She was to busy with family events to be available to view homes we were interested in. I belive this is part time for her as we were clearly not her priority. Last is when we chose another agent amd informed her she would not stop texting me even though I asked her not to reply asling me why she was skipped. She called my loan officer asking for info and thats illegal to be given. I requested to stop receiving MLS listings multiple times via email and I have been ignored. The lack of professional demeanor I experienced is appalling. To think that I allowed this person to almost be apart of major financial decisions and personal information is scary. My suggestion is that you focus on being a Mom and stop wasting clients time as clearly thpse paying you are not a priority. Further emails will be seen as harrasment at this point and any and all actions will be taken if necessary.

Fantastic experience: My house had been on the market for over a year, I switched realtor and Ralph Watt was assigned to me. Ralph went above and beyond to help me get my home ready to sell and it sold the same day it went back on the market and for a higher price. Ralph is dedicated and listens to all your needs and questions. I would highly revommend him as an agent.

Fantastic experience: Sarah Rumley, is such an awesome real estate agent, she was easy to work with and great to talk to. She was incredibly easy to work with and very helpful. She made house buying an easy and educational experience, hands down I'd definitely go with her again!
