Fantastic experience: After living in our home for 50 years, we were overwhelmed with the prospect of looking for a smaller suitable home to spend our retirement years. A friend referred me to Rachelle Bayless with Realty Executives. During my first contact, I immediately felt a connection. She listened carefully to my story and why we were ready to move. I have many medical reasons that require special accommodations in my daily life. Rachelle made sure we looked at condos suitable for our family. There are few condos available in the area we wanted to live. But the demand is very high. Prices have increased greatly due to the demand. Rachelle would immediately schedule a tour when a new condo listing went online. We made several offers but were always outbid by a Cash buyer. If it wasn't for Rachelle and her determination to find us our "Dream" house, I would have given up. She rearranged her schedule so we could view a new listing and worked with us until 9 pm many times. On May 2, we saw a new listing, toured it the same afternoon, and made an offer that night at 9:30 pm. By May 4, we got the news our offer had been accepted. We had found a home better than we ever imagined. Almost twice the square footage, large rooms, and beautiful. We closed on May 15 and received the keys. Now our future looks much brighter. Negative experience: Becky brougham is the worst realtor I’ve ever worked with her boss of this office Lisa is the same kind of person so unprofessional me and my wife were trying everything to purchase a home around the corner and Becky brougham lied to us and said we needed to get a roof replace before closing and finally I got a roofer to give me a quote and he said the roof was fine nothing is wrong with it, because of this the house sold from underneath us and her boss is hiding the fact that they are scamming just to get higher commission, DON’T WORK WITH BECKY BROUGHAM I have called this office 5 times already and no help and they just keep making excuses so unprofessional.

One hour before showing she CANCELED. informed me she WILL NOT SHOW HOUSE unless I showed proof of funds, SHE (KELLY) IS WRONG!!!!! YOU ONLY SHOW PROOF OF FUNDS WHEN PRESENTING A OFFER. No wonder this house has been on the market for so long Someone did reach out to me offering to show the home, but not until after, If this is how you THE OWNER teach your employees I would not buy a doghouse from you.
