Fantastic experience: I've worked personally with Sharon on a personal real estate purchase, taxes, photography, etc. over the past 10+ years. Sharon and Evelyn have created an amazing community resource. They treat everyone like family and will always go out of their way to help. They have helped many members of the Carson City community including vulnerable segments of the population who have had trouble seeking assistance elsewhere. They are truly an asset to and pillar of our community.

Fantastic experience: Have been getting my taxes done here since I’ve been able to work. A quick and easy process with the help of Sharon & her staff. She has tremendous experience and knowledge and has always explained details in full. She also helped me with finding available rentals in the area with affordable prices. Extremely grateful for the work conducted here, as she does a record amount of different jobs to help the Carson city community. I recommend this business to everyone I know.

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of working with Sharon Green to find my new home, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From the very beginning, Sharon was attentive, responsive, and truly listened to my needs and preferences. Throughout the entire process, Sharon was professional, patient, and always available to answer my questions or address any concerns. I highly recommend Sharon to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable real estate agent. She exceeded my expectations, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received.

Fantastic experience: Sharon Green is very professional along with all the people that work there they love to help the community. I would like to add that the review from CL Is completely false she has made Very offensive comments to employees that work there it all can be googled. It’s all over the Internet . We have proof of everything! She also said if those posts weren’t down, she would make false reviews and she just made one. This is slander and we are reporting it to Google and if everybody could report her comment

Fantastic experience: Great service, very professional

Fantastic experience: Pioneer offers the best customer service and professionalism. I have been renting from Sharon for years and have always been treated with respect. I highly recommend Pioneer for all rental/buying needs.

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough good things about Pioneer Real Estate Center. The staff is fantastic Specially Sharon Green, we been doing our taxes with her for over 10 years and we have always recieved a welcoming service from everybody there on top of that they are always supporting the Community. I highly encourage you to come down and do your taxes or if you are looking to buy or sale your home this is the place for you. Spanish speaking is also a plus for our Latino community.

Fantastic experience: We have done our taxes with Pioneer Real Estate Center for years and we have always recieved great service from all the staff but specially from Sharon Green. Also the great thing is that they serve our community and others by providing spanish speaking people who can help with any needs. So if you want to recieve friendly service no matter the language you speak this is the place to come too.

Fantastic experience: I have been to this place to do all my taxes and real estate services they have always been great to me and help my needs. They are bilingual and offer the best services to all the community thank you guys so much !!!

Negative experience: RUN before it’s too late! TERRIBLE company! Sharon Green sold me a house on a partial foundation. Initially, she didn’t disclose this information until the inspector brought it to my attention!!! She quickly minimized the issue and told me that it was an easy fix. As a young adult, I completely trusted her. Little did I know that the issue would cost me thousands to fix. What a dishonest move to take advantage of a very young first time homebuyer just for the sake of making a buck. Her “legal assistant” was extremely overbearing and negligent with my personal information as well. If you plan on buying a home in this area, choose a real estate company that has their client’s best interest in mind.

Fantastic experience: I love doing my taxes here, been doing them here for years! Sharon is very experienced. Her professionalism is top notch and all the staff are so friendly and efficient!

Fantastic experience: I love this place, very good costumer service. They have a great attitude and the most important they Bilingual and help everyone no matter what

Fantastic experience: Pioneer is the best property management company in Carson City NV. They have helped my family’s process of managing our rentals. We have been with them for over 10 years and will continue to work with Sharon Green and her team !

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to Pioneer for years. Her and her staff provide EXCELLENT customer service and are knowledgeable in a wide range of services. I refer everyone and they will always have my business

Fantastic experience: I have been renting from Sharon Green for almost 3 years, however have known her and her beautiful family for over a decade. They are the most supportive, well respected, successful, understanding, humble, and even loving business owners I have ever come across. They quite literally have saved mine and my kids lives in more ways I can ever begin to express, let alone get anyone to understand. There isn’t One negative remark I would ever have to say about Sharon Green and her staff in that office. However, being a very successful and well respected business owner not only just for Pioneer Reality but for the Carson community as well.. unfortunately there will always be backlash from any negative/sour individual. Political views should never ever come into play, let alone be enough to damage anyone’s credibility, livelihood, home/family life or family owned business. I will always and forever stand by Sharon Green, Pioneer Reality and her beautiful, knowledgeable staff.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I were first time home buyers and landlords Sharon and here team helped us not only buy our home but help us manage our rental. I appreciate their dedication and support throughout the process!

Fantastic experience: Sharon helped us purchase our home. She stuck through with us and worked late hours to help us achieve our dream.

Fantastic experience: Sharon helped my parents buy their home. She was very detailed and was there every step of the way. !

Negative experience: Worst customer service! Made an appointment twice with Sharon Green and both times they did not write down the appointments. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!

Fantastic experience: I would like to recommend Angela Terrel with Pioneer Properities in Carson City, NV. In Nov. 2022, I suddenly became executor of a trust involving three properties. Knowing little about real estate, I went to Angela for help. She immediately made time for me and worked diligently to help deal with the many complexities involved. Over the course of 2023 Angela guided me through the following: Successfully managed two of the rentals including coordinating roof and fencing repairs, to general maintenance, house and yard clean-up, and tenant communications. Worked incredibly hard to effectively arrange for repair, cleaning, and subsequent sale of two of the homes. To this end, Angela advised and directed me as necessary through all of the, comparables, discussions with other realtors, documents, the title company, etc. Angela is a go-getter, thorough, responsible, and respectful. She stayed in contact with me as we ironed out countless details, and guided me through many challenging situations. I am forever grateful for Angela Terrel, and Pioneer properties, for their expertise, professionalism, and the true caring they show to all of their clients. It is a relief to have a trusted realtor and property manager, and I look forward to our partnership for many years to come.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love my apartment manager Angela. She is so professional and helpful and is on top of every issue I've had. The best experience I've ever had with a manager in my 63 years. All of her workers are the best and she rocks.

Fantastic experience: INCREDIBLE!!! Before they helped my fiancée and I buy our home they were our landlord. In the past even if we have cleaned our places almost never received our deposit back but with pioneer our cleaning paid off! The process for buying the house was confusing and they were so patient and worked with us until we understood the process. They respect their owners and want the best for them. My brother also rented out his house working with Pioneer and has had no worries. If you are looking to rent your house but scared people will trash your property then come here! They have your back!

Fantastic experience: I used to Rent from Pioneer and it was nothing but a great experience. Maintenance requests were finished in a timely manner and I was always keep updated. I transitioned to buying the property and the property manager was extremely helpful for a first time homebuyer. Would recommend

Negative experience: One of the most unpleasant experiences that I've ever had - these guys are predatory. They kept our security deposit to replace 12+year-old rental-grade carpet. Replacing this type of carpeting after 5+ years of continuous occupancy is normal long-term property maintenance and is not the responsibility of tenants. Their agent excelled at discouraging communication - one moment she'd be schmaltzy and even coquettish, the next she'd be abrasive and overbearing. She very quickly created an atmosphere of hostility and seemed to harbor a particular animosity towards my wife (berating her on multiple occasions). Regardless of whether she was trying to intimidate us, assert some sort of “dominance”, or simply has a narcissistic personality, her conduct was inappropriate and highly unprofessional. She calls herself a “bulldog”, which seems to be a euphemism for "common bully". Additionally, she was alarmingly ignorant about maintenance and installation: she, called our carpentry lumber rack a “woodpile”, recommended using a dish soap solution to clear a sewer pipe clogged with willow roots, suggested that a sink that had been patched with Bondo prior to our move-in could have been repaired (rather than replaced) if we’d “caught it earlier”, implied that the aforementioned old carpet might’ve been appropriate for new residents sans stains, and generally demonstrated a broad lack of understanding of the difference between plastering over an issue and actually resolving it. Both renters and homeowners should avoid them at all costs.

Negative experience: Renters Beware – these guys consider your security deposit as an “earnest payment” (usually only associated with mortgages). This means they keep it at the end of your residency, regardless of the condition of the residence upon move-out (not that they’ll tell you this, of course; they’d rather you do all of the maintenance that is generally done between tenants. Speaking of maintenance, in order to get stuff fixed, once your ticket is assigned, go ahead and call the assignee; it's the only way it'll get done in a timely manner. These guys don't like it, of course, it cuts into their profit margins.

Fantastic experience: Sharon is very knowledgeable and helpful!

Fantastic experience: My family and I have been going to Pioneer for many years. Evelyn Murphy and Sharon Green have always helped us with our taxes! They have always gone above and beyond and have become a staple in the community!

Negative experience: After move-in will not replace anything Basically just another slumlord of Carson City

Fantastic experience: They are the best and whereto helpful it was like being with family
