Fantastic experience: Cathy was chosen/ hand picked by our dad to sell his home. Dad was in his 90’s and moving into assisted living after being in his home he and my mom built nearly 50 years ago. Needless to say this move was a very emotional time for our entire family. Cathy was amazing! She walked us through the whole process and helped us navigate every aspect of the sale. Negative experience: Zero ethics or moral code. Zak put new front stairs in apart of the deal to buy a Carchedi duplex, while creating another hazard and pullin’ a ‘read the fine print’ on us. I guess not creating additional hazards should’ve been in the fine print? Also, the tenants said he was a joke at repairs and as a landlord overall. I would like to include as a selling agent too. Writing this doesn’t do me any pleasure, I am a very liking person. Too bad really.

Fantastic experience: Zak Carchedi was a fantastic realtor! My husband and I were first time home buyers and Zak was very helpful guiding us through the process. He answered our millions of questions with patience and timely responses. While touring Zak never pressured us, he kept us up to date on our offers and the status of houses we were interested in, he promptly forwarded our specific questions to sellers, and provided us with multiple house options meeting our budget/wish list. Fantastic experience: I don’t even know where to begin!!! Zak has be phenomenal from the beginning. My husband and I are first time home buyers so we haven’t been down this road before. We started with someone else and felt we weren’t being fulfilled with everything & Zak took over 2 people who got all jumbled around with a lot of incorrect information to no information. He started fresh with us and made this whole house buying thing such an incredible experience. He made it peaceful and fun! Zak worked day in and day out, weekends and late at night trying to find us our first home. He explained everything so thoroughly and helped us when we didn’t understand something.
