Fantastic experience: Purchased my first home with Nathan and Ashley! They are a home buyers dream team! Nathan showed up to a house we wanted to look at, which we found through Zillow. The house checked all of our boxes for what we wanted, and these two were what we needed! Nathan was already acquainted with our lender, our inspector, the Sellers realtor, and even our HVAC specialists who came in. While my fiancé wasn't a part of the home buying process as far as funding and signing documents goes, these two made her feel as she was just as important part of the process (which she was, of course). They made that process simple, set and held deadlines, communication was great throughout, negotiated well with the other parties, and held a great and friendly demeanor. 10/10 would recommend. -AJNess

Coming in as first time homebuyers, he was absolutely professional and thorough with information, providing us with a clear layout of the home buying process. As military not currently in the area, he was quick to get videos of homes we were interested in in Minot as we flagged them. He provided additional videos on the area of Minot and answered any questions of ours as they came up. One of the standout points for him is his honesty - he'd point out areas of a listing that wouldn't be great for resale or anything that may be an issue early on with a home. We never felt pushed into buying a home and appreciated all of the information he'd provide - both good and bad. I'd 100% recommend Nathan and his team to anyone looking to buy in the area.

Fantastic experience: Nathan puts a lot of effort into what he does. We relocated to Minot from Texas and we spent a lot of time on YouTube looking into the city and his videos were the absolute best when it came to learning the area. We weren’t able to connect when it came to finding our residence however, when we started our search for a new office space for our business, Nathan was there to help and did a great job for us. He offered great and honest advice and was patient while working through the process. Glad we found him, and glad we were able to work with him. A true pro.

Fantastic experience: Lets just say that Nathan had is work cut out for him when searching for a new house for us. We had just completed renovating our current home but with a new baby having just arrived space was getting a little tight. We were comfortable where we were at but wanted to find our forever home. We had several tough to find features that were must haves for us. Nathan was watching for new listings and working with other agents to see what may be coming on the market soon. I didn't keep exact count but I think by the time we made an offer we were the FIRST ones to look at close to a half dozen homes. The home we purchased is perfect for us and we couldn't be happier. We also worked with Nathan on the sale of our previous home. We ended up in a multiple offer situation within a day of listing the home. Nathan worked for us to make sure that closing dates were favorable so that we could get moved in to our new home while still staying at our old home to make the move less stressful. There were a couple hickups throughout the process, not by Nathans fault at all. But Nathan made the effort to make sure that the hickups were settled and kept the process moving. He was there at the beginning when we bought our house and already knew the area, the house, and ourselves. He made it easy for us, especially when we had to leave the state. Fantastic experience: I have had another fantastic experience working with Nathan Stremick and his assistant Alexis as they recently helped us sell our home that they also helped us purchase all within less than a year. Before we even fully decided we were ready to relocate for my husbands job , Nathan was the first person we called. He met with us giving us all the advice and guidance we needed to make our big decision and get the best bang for our buck with our house. In less than 2 weeks Alexis came and took incredible photos of the home and Nathan had showings flowing in. Our house was on the market for 6 days that’s it! It was incredible! Nathan gave us fast and efficient feedback from each showing. Nathan and Alexis blew us out of the water with all there help getting our house sold. Our inspection left us with a list a mile long of items we needed to address and Nathan was so resourceful to help us get that list accomplished! Also , Nathan was about to become a first time father and him and Alexis never missed a beat amidst juggling his personal life and work life. Always two steps ahead of us and supporting us along the way! There’s no doubt these two are a dynamic duo!
