Fantastic experience: I hate to be corny, but there are no words to express my thanks for the incredible job Jeff did for me at a time that was incredibly difficult. Under the extreme circumstances of a death and a property that had been severely neglected, Jeff went to work on a strategy that would have the most chance of success. If I told you that nobody would want this job at any price it would be an understatement. And yet, with my sister's property having little value, money was not his motivation. Jeff's motivation was to help me when I needed it. We had so many challenges, but Jeff took it on. He decided the best strategy was to just put the word out to a variety of possible people he knew. It worked. Two people came to see it the first day and both put offers in. I got top dollar the first day of showing a property that needed a huge amount of work, work that I did not want to do. It closed 2 weeks later. I didn't know Jeff, but now he feels like a friend, only even a friend would not have done what he did. Jeff put his heart into it. What better thing can you say about someone?
