Fantastic experience: From start to finish, Jan Ramey provided excellent service! We couldn't be happier with the sale of our home. The entire process was smooth and efficient with no major surprises or disappointments. Jan took the expected stress out of selling our home that we've enjoyed for over 11 years. Her description of our home and the photos taken captured everything we loved about it (she went above and beyond to provide a video fly through of the entire house). We had the added challenge of moving out-of-state in the early phases of selling the house. While this could have made things extremely difficult, Jan took the stress off of us by helping with inspection appointments, paperwork and other issues that arose on our end. In Jan's hands, we always felt that everything in the process of selling was under control. The paperwork on our end was all completed before closing and we got the call closing day that all went well. Our home went up for sale in late Fall and sold by mid Spring!
