These people take the anxiety out of being a landlord and truly step up to the plate. They are very professional and work hard to find the right renters for your property. My husband and I highly recommend them for any rental property you might have.

Negative experience: If you would like to talk to someone this is not the company you want to go with. No one ever answers a phone. They charge for every service you have and expect you to pay for everything. What is a property management for? Every room in house has a door window floor problem. House was infested with roaches spiders and ants. They said they do not cover treatment so it was on me to pay for that. $450. Paint is coming off walls and doors. Also don't pay rent with cc or debit card. They charge to for that. $10.00. good luck with prime.

Negative experience: Received a text message that one of my tenants has been living on my dime rent free for 4 months and no one from this office bothered to call me. WORST experience - owners run.

Negative experience: I moved out in January of 2026 and had lots of charges added to my account months later. When I was told I would only be charged 375. It’s took months for me to get my deposit back and they still added charges I was never told about. Then when you have a problem no one ever answers the phone or gets back to you no matter how many messages and voicemails you leave. They don’t care about anything but collecting rent money and added on fees. How was I charged 375 dollars for a house that was completely empty and cleaned out . Then I have pictures of move in and out and they don’t care still took almost my whole Deposit . This company and Reagan brown are Thieves, and I wouldn’t recommend doing business with them. This doesn’t even count all the things they Ignored the whole time I was renting from them. Such as my AC going out then cutting off my electricity and water (which I lost my first deposit and had to pay an additional $220 ) when it was in my name and the Dishwasher that constantly flooded out the kitchen.

Negative experience: I have been trying to get a new mail key for the last week and have reached out to the office, who said the only person who could help me with this is the property manager. I tried contacting her throughout the day last Tuesday, no response. I texted her and asked her what the process was to get a new one, which took her a day and a half to respond to that message with literally only 8 words. I did what she told me to do, which was to put a maintenance request in. The request has been sitting at “ technician contacted” for the last 5 days. I have tried to contact her about any updates and she is still not responding to me. I literally just need a replacement mail key, which I’m sure they have one on hand. I am willing to drive down to their office and pick it up myself to remove any convenience for them but I cannot even get a response back from this lady. If communication is important to you when it comes to renting a property, do not look into this management. The “only” property manager is almost impossible to get ahold of even for something as small as just getting an extra mail key for a tenant. But when signing documents and showing interest in the house I am currently renting with them was being done, the communication with her was excellent…?

Fantastic experience: My brother was found deceased last month and my elderly mother and I needed help removing his belongings. The leasing agent, Laura Osborne, sent Jamie Shipp and her partner Dagan Turner to assist. I can honestly say that without these two I do not know where we would be. They came in, rolled up their sleeves and helped immensely with the Monumental task. They were dedicated honest and open as well as extremely trustworthy. I'm writing this to let you know about this special couple and as luck would have it they now have my brother's two newly adopted animals in their home. Mom and I are especially grateful for these actions. Please give them our best and let them know we cannot thank them enough. Staff like this should be appreciated and well taken care of

Negative experience: If I could give no stars, I would. My mother moved here from Texas in September and paid for an entire year up front. To date, they have yet to fix the toilet in the second bathroom as they have not been able to use since day one. There is trash and lawn debris from the last tenant in the backyard left yard. There is mold on the walls and ceiling in the master bath that is coming back through the thin layer of paint they used to cover. The back door needs to be replaced per their person as rain and air comes in and has destroyed the wood floor. We understand that everything can’t be fixed at once, but we would really like someone to fix something and return her texts and emails with more than let me check and I’ll get back to you. Do not recommend this company.

Negative experience: I am the owner but am basically being treated like the renters have more rights to my home than I do. Laura just keeps saying “they are a sweet couple”. They know the lease was for only a year as I would be moving into the house then. Now I am being told the final walkthrough cannot be done until 11/3 but lease is up 10/31 with no indication the tenants are seriously looking for a new place. I have to have the PODS emptied by 11/6 or get charged another $900.00. I am told the person that does the final walkthrough will be out of town & doesn’t do walkthrough’s on the weekend. I offered for them to move earlier with no penalty & it was interpreted as I would pay them “extra $” to move, give them their deposit back early & guarantee their next housing application is approved. “But they are a sweet couple.” The HVAC is only 1 year old & I have had to spend $300.00 for service calls due to filter being dirty. The grass is 3-4 feet high & contract states renter is responsible for lawn. The renter has been given notice on 2 of the 3 inspections. Had to pay a plumber to fix a leak in the brand new shower to find out later that it only leaks when the shower head is pointed straight at the door. Had to pay to have the fill part in new toilet replaced ($178.00) because apparently renter has no clue how to adjust it or jiggle the handle. Paid to have new ceiling fan repaired due to a vibration which was a loose screw on one of the blades but the renter said it still made a noise. Renter has been notified twice about a closet door being off the track. This house was completely remodeled & these renters are the 1st to live there after the remodel but it has been costly to me & now can’t take possession of my own house for 3 days after the lease is up. I do not have faith that this company will force the renters out when the lease is up. I sold my other home & currently staying with a friend & want my house with all my rights to it on 11/1. There were no holes in the walls & renters hung curtains & tv’s (I bought blinds but the install was delayed a few weeks) & I do not have faith they will be repaired or deposit withheld to cover repairs. I have reminded Laura that I pay the mthly mgmt fee for them to work for me not the renters. Can’t wait for this nightmare to be over. Don’t use this company. I was also told it was short notice for them to move (they knew when they signed the lease it was for 1year only), they can’t afford to move & the guy just got a new job. So 2 months before the lease is up they say they can’t afford to move & Laura does not seem to be concerned about that at all. “They are a sweet couple” seems to be Laura’s concern & not inconveniencing them.

Negative experience: Easy application process not too tedious like most can be and the guy that showed me a place was well presented and polite! Except Mary she should be replaced!!! Rude and a smart mouth…not very helpful and doesn’t like answering the phone…had to look for place for like twenty minutes before I could find it after her knowing I was coming and text her…she still didn’t answer…finally found the place n even after all that she was not nice…FIRE HER…she’s not fit for that position!!!

Negative experience: If this is the Prime that oversees and staffs the apartment complex Wimbledon square and gardens, they are terrible. The office is always understaffed, a manger is only available 2 days a week, and the maintenance on the facility is subpar.

Negative experience: **Edit + Update** This property management group as well as the lady who owns the home still has yet to address the issues and maintenance requests made as of 6/23/25 & absolutely NO communication whatsoever!!!! I've retained an attorney ** Ive been renting from them since May 1st this year. I was told I could not bring my own washer and dryer in here, they provided them. Well, the dryer doesn't work, the AC blows WARM AIR, the Dishwasher has no water hooked up to it, the water heater is BROKEN, I COULD GO ON!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY WILL NOT MAINTAIN ANYTHING FOR YOU, AND THEY WON'T AMSWER THE PHONE!!!!! AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!!!!!

Negative experience: Renting with them has been a horrible experience. It’s takes maintenance 2-3 weeks to come out once I put in a maintenance request. No one ever answers the phone & the crazy part is I’ve never been late on my rent. I will not be signing a new lease. Do not recommend

Negative experience: Offered bundled insurance, pest control, and air filters. Canceled this 2 months in to renting with them and gave us 2 days to get our own renter insurance or be fined. Very dissatisfied.

Fantastic experience: Prime Realty and Property Management has been a lifesaver for our neighborhood. We have Covenants that property owners pay annually to uphold, however, our Board is all volunteers. Carla has been amazing and so easy to work with ensuring that everything is taken care of (dues, parking, letters/mailings, etc.). Having this company has brought our property values up and eased the load on our volunteers. We are so grateful for them all!

Negative experience: We have had the worst experience with Prime Realty. There are a couple of rental properties listed by them that we have shown an interest in. We have called, left messages, and contacted through Zillow for weeks now and not a single person has reached out to us. Will update and potentially increase rating if we can get a response.

Fantastic experience: I want to extend gratitude and appreciation for Laura Osbourne who has brought my partner and I so much peace as she and Prime have managed our property without any issues. It was nerve-racking to make our first property purchase without having had any prior experience but Laura was so easy to talk to and to work with that our worries quickly dissipated. The contractor I had worked with to install new floors flaked on the second project of redoing the covered patio so Laura coordinated the installment of a new covered patio and kept in communication with me and sent pictures as the work was done. Her problem-solving skills are admirable! It's important to my partner and I that our tenants are safe and happy and we are confident that Laura and the folks at Prime will continue to help us achieve that goal as long as they are managing our property. I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have been with Prime Realty for a little over 2 years now. I also have lived in the same house for that time. This company has been amazing and so easy to work with, at times I forget I'm renting the place. They don't bug or hassle me as long as I keep the place up obviously. But if I ever have any issues they are quick to resolve them. As all houses have their issues I've experienced just a few. But every time Prime Realty was on their game and got me taken care of. The quarterly inspections were also very professional. They come in snap a few pictures and leave. They don't look at nit picky things and tell you to fix everything. All they care is that you keep the place how it was when you moved in. If their ever is an issue like the gardne needing to be cut back or whatever. They send a nice email requesting it be fixed and pictures sent to confirm the issue was resolved. I say all this and could say more. But I just want to make a point that this a is a well organized, professional company. I have nothing bad to say after living here for 2 years and I would happily continue renting with them.

Negative experience: At the risk of detrimentally affecting my relationship with this company, I cannot sit idly by without establishing my discontent, especially in the face of a sea of only five star reviews. I will preface by acknowledging that I will gladly remove this review upon the resolution of my issues, should they be fulfilled. I have been subject to a deteriorating slum rental property, with absolutely no recourse in four years to maintain anything. I haven't had a working stove in over three years, and the oven has NEVER worked as long as I've lived here, with many calls over many months that always led to facetious lies of "We are really sorry to hear that! We'll be in touch soon about getting you an oven! Bye! " The vanity cabinet leaks profusely and is slowly rotting the floor out and making it soft in spots. The toilet didn't work when I moved in and I had to manually install one myself, because I was being ignored by management. The dryer vent is incorrectly installed and stays clogged despite attempts to clean it out. The peel and stick vinyl floor is NAILED down in several areas, leading to countless cut feet, visitors and me alike. After I moved in the plumbing immediately backed up into the kitchen sink when I tried to use my washer, and every pipe was clogged, no flushing toilets, showers, washing clothes, or draining sinks. It took over TWO WEEKS of relentless harassment to convince them to send someone to unclog this and they still tried to charge me for it. I could go on, but the point is, I have been bent over a barrel for long enough and I'm beyond aggravated. I checked their business hours and called them when I got off work, before they closed, only to find they ignore calls during business hours if it's close enough to closing time. During their established operating hours I had several calls go straight to voicemail, they could have even already left early for the day, regardless of whether a tenant should require some contact to settle affairs. If I call during business hours I at least expect the call to ring, but I guess "it's five o'clock somewhere." Despite all of this, I would have still kept this to myself if not for the fact, the whole point of my review, that I have been given a notice that they are discontinuing my current month to month lease in exchange for a yearly and RAISING MY RENT!! Ironically blindsiding me without enough notice to successfully leave in time to somewhere else i can afford on my strict budget, and still costing me a new $60 deposit for a new rental insurance agreement I already had, which is something I never asked for. I have never missed a payment, always paid on time in full, and I have tried my best to be a good tenant, but I cannot in good faith recommend this property or any other under this management team if this is how they handle their properties. I will absolutely be willing to remove this post, by the way, if I can be honestly assured Prime Realty somehow has nothing to do with the atrocious predicament I've found myself in. This could be a problem that lies in the hands of a separate entity entirely, as I am honestly not savvy on who is really running the show and calling the shots, because every year I get a new email about "who owns this property now" like these properties are being passed around regularly like hot wheels and trading cards at schools by children during recess. I am only a tenant, and these are purely my anecdotal experiences. Thank you for reading, and I will patiently await any response, but I feel as if any true remediation is probably going to be found wherever my working oven is...
