Fantastic experience: We relocated from Seattle to Vail during the summer of 2023 at a time that turned out to be quite a difficult time to be a buyer in the market. We engaged with Brooke early in 2023 and throughout the home search, offer, contracting, and closing processes later in July, Brooke was amazing to work with. Coming from a highly competitive metropolitan real estate market like Seattle, we were accustomed to a certain level of quality and presentation with real estate listings and engagements which I was surprised to find wasn't necessarily the case in Vail, despite it being such a high-end market (for example, we would constantly see home listings without professional photographs, new listings with only one picture of the house, etc.). Brooke transcended this level of real estate professionalism and was a consummate professional at every step of the process while attending to our every need, including needs we didn't realize we had as home buyers in a new market.
