Fantastic experience: We have been renting from good faith for almost a year. They have helped us get into an apartment been very professional and helpful throughout the time we've been dealing with them. Whenever there was a problem they were very timely professional and everything you could ever wish for. They even got us into another place when there was problems that requires full on renovations. Allison is super sweet and professional

Negative experience: We went through the process of renting a property through them . Provided all information requested , they already had my background, credit report. Then they requested that i have a co signer and additional fees were paid. We were denied after the additional information and fees were paid because of my credit score. So I was basically conned for more money that could have been avoided. Theft at its best

Negative experience: Don't apply for any rental properties unless you have employment in the Alabama area or you'll lose 50 bucks and be denied with no reimbursement. This place is crooked and wont let you know in advance.

Negative experience: I wanted to share my experience as a tenant with Good Faith Property Management in Jacksonville, AL. During our lease, we experienced multiple ongoing maintenance issues that were marked as “completed” but were not fully resolved. The most concerning were related to safety. Our front door has had ongoing issues with properly latching and securing, and there were concerns with how the stove’s electrical connection was installed. While maintenance requests were submitted and addressed on paper, the quality and effectiveness of those repairs did not always resolve the underlying problems. Communication often felt very procedural, with a heavy reliance on internal records rather than the actual condition of the unit. I understand that maintenance issues can happen in any rental, but as a tenant, you expect that safety-related concerns are fully addressed and taken seriously. If you choose to rent here, I would strongly recommend documenting everything thoroughly and following up consistently on any maintenance issues.

Fantastic experience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The staff made everything easy from day one and stayed consistent the entire time. Communication was clear, quick, and actually helpful, which makes a huge difference. Everything was handled smoothly with no confusion or back and forth. You can tell they take their time and do things the right way instead of rushing people through. I’d definitely recommend checking out what they have available—you’ll be glad you did!!

Negative experience: I spoke with Alison Stocking at Good Faith Property Management regarding a potential business arrangement. After our initial phone call, she sent me specific instructions, which I followed exactly. She told me she would reach out at the beginning of the following week. After two weeks, during which her assistant, Haden, repeatedly told me Alison would call me back, I requested to be added to her schedule so we could continue our discussion. When she finally called, she informed me that she had not reviewed anything I had sent, stating it was not a priority and that payment was required. Payment was never an issue; however, I was never told how much to send or where to send it, despite asking multiple times if there was anything else she needed from me. Instead of communicating clearly, I was blamed for not knowing information that had never been provided. This experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Clear communication and basic customer service expectations were not met.

Negative experience: I had unpleasant experience with good faith property management. I put application for home waited a week before calling to check on status and the lady informed me that she was waiting on my 1st paycheck which was the first I heard about them needing it I also ask if everything else was checking out okay she stated that she hadn’t started anything yet she was waiting on check stub even though I sent my rate of pay and hours worked needed a co-signer because I hadn’t worked in 30days so I guess I was just letting them hold the paperwork for 100.00. Because I was told nothing had started yet. I know it states application fee non-refundable but I would think they would at least start doing something towards the application. So glad I looked for something else also.

Fantastic experience: I love dealing with Good faith. I am renting in Rainbow City and I am a repeat tenant my kid went to JSU which they have housing near campus. If you have small kids they have home in Munford that is part of the Coosa Valley football conference they also have one in Pleasant Grove. I used to live in the Anniston area you need to try Classic on Noble for bunch. The whole team are great Adam, Jeff, Pam, and Irelyn. They show you what customer service is about

Negative experience: They lowered the rent in all the other units and because I rented first I got ripped off with a higher rent and all the 'working out the kinks' maintenance renovation problems. Being a good tenant gets you nowhere.

Negative experience: Will take your money for application and deny for arbitrary reason. I say arbitrary the place was already rented out and same place is still posted as available weeks later despite someone living there. Additionally, they will ask for sensitive documents directly through email rather than a secure portal. Do not expose your information.

Positive experience: Sometimes it takes awhile to get maintenance services but on the whole pretty good.

Positive experience: I messaged this business about handling my rental house I have but never got a response. They were one of three businesses I contacted via their online form and only one reached back to me. Needless to say, they lost out on my business because of that. My suggestion is, at a minimum follow up with potential clients that submit information through the online form submission process. This is not the first time an online form has been a weak link in doing business with a company.

Negative experience: Good Faith Management, managed my property for only a short period of time. In my opinion, they were not concerned with meeting my needs as a property owner. Their approach to my concerns were, "take it or leave it". That's one reason they don't offer a Contract to property owners. They will Dump you, if they feel challanged or a threat. They were also prone to side with the Tenant. DO NOT expect them to be a Faduciary Owners! Also, During this time. I had to conduct quality assurance and re-clean a vacated unit, which was cleaned on a sub-par level, even though they deducted for cleaning the unit. A Tenant purposefully, damaged newly professionally finished hardwood floors in Unit. Good Faith separated their Service. But to this day, 11-1-20 they have not returned my unit keys, Security Deposits, or monies owed to me. I have consistenty called to no avail. Voice mail only. I have contacted legal counsel regarding my monies and keys. I DO NOT recommend this company. It's all about the money!
