Fantastic experience: Becky is by far the best real estate agent we've ever dealt with. Caring. Honest. Up front. Willing to work with our crazy work schedule. Going through a family loss is hard but selling the property after that loss was made 1000 times easier with Becky's help. Little did we know at the time that before the property was even ready to list she was already getting the word out. We had offers rolling in within the first few days of listing the property. The open house she planned was really eventful. Lots of viewings and she had a local kids group come do a fundraiser which we really appreciated. She also donated to that group. She worked miracles on staging by using things we had at the property as well as other things she had that fit. Her kindness and generosity through a tough time meant the world to us. Fantastic experience: This is not your typical review. Becky Roenspie is not your typical agent. Although Herald Ca, really sells itself as one of the few small town experiences left in California. BUT, it takes a special person to sell it. Becky is passionate and a master of her craft. One of the first things she said to me, I have to see your property first, and to sell it, I have to find something I love about it. So yes, after she said that I signed her as my agent to sell my ranch. She also can adapt to her clients persona and still keep her integrity. That is a lost art this day and age. The marketing, pictures, and videos she did for the ranch just speaks volume for the level of professionalism that she holds her standards too. One of the best things I can say about Becky is she works for you, she fights for you, she is 100% for you. If you send an email you will get a response. If you call her she will pick up the phone, if she can’t pick up the phone she will text you saying she’ll call you back… and she calls back, if you text her she will text you back, getting a hold of Becky and asking her anything along the way was never an issue. This sale involved myself and my ex partner. We almost were going to have to joint list because of not being able to find somebody that we could both work with and worrying about an agent picking sides……until we found Becky. The level of trust, professionalism and circumstance this sale was, was not the easiest and Becky handled everything so perfect with the 3 of us being able to work together. 5 stars is not enough, she deserves 100. Fantastic experience: I would give Becky Roenspie 12 stars if I had the option. She helped my family through an extremely difficult sale as our listing agent. I felt like she went above and beyond the call of duty. We had two properties, side by side; a ranch that had been neglected for years, and a second dwelling that had an obnoxiously difficult tenant that didn't want to leave. We had issues with Indian burial grounds, water rights, and displacement of 8 horses and 12 cats. Becky quickly found the information we needed and made everything happen. Besides these difficulties the property was an estate/trust sale and it went up for sale at an inopportune time; between thanksgiving and Christmas. The 3D tour and all the photographs made the place look great. We were able to sell and close quickly at market value. I told people that Becky was an angel sent by God because if anyone else was our agent I don't think things would have gone as smooth as they did. The whole thing had the potential of being a nightmare. I would definitely recommend Becky Roenspie for anyone's real estate needs, especially if they are horse people.

Fantastic experience: We worked with Michaela Johnson for the purchase our of home a little over a month ago. I truly don’t know where to start with how happy we were with our experience. Michaela was ALWAYS available for our questions, showings & impromptu changes in plans. I’d love to say that we worked with her for a short time, but the truth is that we had a plan for what we wanted that shifted a bit over months, and I was waiting for Michaela to be ‘Over’ us…but she never treated us with anything other than patience, professionalism and honesty. She pretty much killed my idea of ever wanting to be a real estate agent because I would listen to her talk and think “There is no way I will ever be able to store as much info in my head as this woman can”.
