Fantastic experience: Wonderful people! Great rentals!

Negative experience: Absolutely speechless. They do not work with you what so ever. If they aren’t taking your money they definitely aren’t happy people. Me and my wife went through a period where we struggled to make our payments due to our hours at work being cut and was struggling to stay above water, asked them to work with us and nothing but disrespect and threats to take us to court. Finally move out and found every way possible to keep our deposit. Will absolutely never rent from them again.

Fantastic experience: We called looking for a home for our family of 4 and they were super quick and so polite! It’s a very easy process! We went and found the home we are in now and made a big move. We are loving the home and how quick maintenance shows after making a phone call! I will be honest, I got an automated call the day before yesterday about a man coming to treat the home. That happens once a month I believe is what I was told. We are young renters and with someone coming to treat our home I don’t know what I need to do other than clean. I meant to call yesterday but I completely forgot and that’s my bad! I’m just trying to figure out what to expect and what I need to do? I feel horrible I didn’t call and I don’t want to make the job harder for them. I’m gonna call in the morning. I hope I didn’t wait to long I wanted to have the home spotless but with 2 under 2 and it only being me throughout the day not much got done… other than calling in the morning does anyone know what I can do so I can get up in the morning and try to make sure I done things correctly!! This is my first time renting a place like this and I should have asked more questions when I had the chance.

Negative experience: The manager came the rehab I was in to teach budgeting but she also told us we should come to her when we were ready to get a place which is what I did. Apparently you’ll still be judged for your past. I was told I couldn’t reapply to them for a whole year. So recovering addicted need not apply theree

Negative experience: This place has a monopoly on the rentals in Morehead, and they use their power to price gouge the poor college kids and hard working people of Rowan County. They should be ashamed of themselves. High pricing and poor property maintenance is their standard of operations.

Negative experience: The receptionist is nice but the last who runs it is horribly rude. Their homes are overpriced and though they look nice they are not well kept. I keep my heat in 67 but with the old windows and lack of seals on their doors my electric bill runs 400-600. If you are late there is a fee which is normal but they will kick you out the day after your late. I have lived in Morehead all my life and this is the worst company to rent from. They do not care about you and your family or if you have any hardship (Covid, death,etc) they will put you and your family out in the cold.

Fantastic experience: Great place to get your haircut. I like to have stylists that know how to cut hair. I've got a weirdly shaped dome and my grill angles off center. Some stylists have butchered my hair and left me wearing a ball cap for 2 weeks. These stylists at smart style have never done a bad haircut on me yet.

Fantastic experience: Morehead Kentucky Rentals has been an absolute blessing throughout my residency in the area. My roommate and I moved from across the country into one of their properties a year ago, and since then, have had zero distasteful or unpleaseant occurances with any of the workers or staff. It is so refressing working with a buisness where all employees demonstrate their ethusiasm and eagerness to help their tenants in a punctual and congenial manner. The best part is, many of my close friends use Morehead Kentucky Rentals as well, and they all have their own satisfactory opinions. They are definitely an organization you should use if you're looking to move to the area. I will continue to give my highest reccomendations.

Fantastic experience: I’ve only been renting through them for a few months now but anytime I have maintenance issues they are taken care of either the same day or the next day, and they’ve been pretty helpful when I needed it so I’ve had no complaints thus far.

Negative experience: Do NOT get a house through them. Had nothing but trouble with the house. Leaking roofs that took months to get fixed. Transformer blew and ruined several of our electronic devices. You can tell the house has not been updated in several several years. Not only that but the customer service is terrible. They have no urgency when it comes to things being wrong with the house and try to pawn it off as much as they can. If you don’t stay on them about issues you have they will not get fixed.

Fantastic experience: They are always there to help 24/7. There has been times the property manager came out to a property late at night to assist tenants. Her phone rings off the hook all day everyday assisting her tenants. They have been very professional through the pandemic. They adhere to all of the governments guidelines and make themselves available whenever they are needed. I would highly recommended them for your rental needs. They will also work with you when your having a hard time.

It was clean when they moved in and they were responsive and timely when called to fix things.Morehead rentals was reasonable priced rent, which was great since they both were fresh out of high school and starting college.

Fantastic experience: I rented off of Brittany and Morehead Kentucky Rentals from 2017-2018 during my time there they were very helpful with finding my wife and I the perfect fit especially with having a pet. The rate was very reasonable and honestly the best bang for the buck in town. Super great people, very easy to work with and always had there maintenance our first thing to fix any problem I ran across.

Negative experience: Very rude people and are so selfish and greedy that they won’t even work with you if you’re a day late on rent, especially during a pandemic when people are getting laid off and working short hours, we’ve always been on time with rent and have never missed one payment for a year but when it’s a day late it’s a big deal. DO NOT RENT OFF OF THESE PEOPLE!!!!
