From the very beginning, everything was great - collecting rents, addressing concerns/repairs, move in/move out process with each tenant. Lacey May and her team are top notch and they actually go above and beyond. After managing our property for so many years, it has come time to sell it. Lacey handled everything with the existing tenant (who had personal issues that she worked thru and made the best of that very hard situation!) Our property was left in great condition and the new Buyers are very excited. Thank you Lacey, and your team, for everything you have done for us. Fantastic experience: As an owner of a few units, we have a philosophy to keep nice residences, short and long term, and to deal with issues promptly. For decades, including presently: SPM implements cheerfully and communicates well. We are proud that they manage our rentals. I'll add they have good values.

Fantastic experience: I rented from SPM/Glenridge Place for over 7 years, and I cannot recommend them enough. Anytime that maintenance was needed, they were fast, and Rick has always been nothing short of amazing. Lacey & Jessi have always been so kind and helpful. We were off North Hills, and the area always felt so safe and did remain fairly quiet. Being so central to everything in town was also a huge plus. Thank you all for an amazing and very seamless 7+ years.

Negative experience: Lousy communication from their office to renters!! You rent a house with an unsafe deck and tell them not to use it all after they sign the lease. Poor business practice.!! You know what property I'm talking about, the last 3 renters all complained about signing the lease and then being notified they can't use the deck. The deck is a danger and an eyesore to the neighborhood. You don't even picture the backyard when the property becomes available. POOR MANAGEMENT!!

(rest in quiet peace) then to Ms. Lacey S.; they took care of our home with expert and thoughtful care. They assisted in helping with repairs, finding new tenants and most of all in the selling of our home. To say Lacey and the staff are "The Best" is an understatement. Negative experience: Anyone with 20 year old felony do not even apply. Seems like they need to specify this before wasting anyone's time and money. And why hold something against someone that happened over a quarter century ago. Thought we was in 'Merica. Noone deserves a second chance??? Most everyone who came over on a boat over were looking for second chances. Just saying.

Positive experience: Still waiting on my deposit , it's been over a month Since I moved out. Tried to charge for cleaning and old carpet that was damaged when I moved in 5 years prior. Then the owner of my apartment charged hours of labor for replacing door locks... Do not rent on Marius Drive the owner in terrible and trying to evict people during Covid 19....

Negative experience: terrible company. rented 2 places from them, they will nickle and dime your deposit to death no matter how good you clean before you leave. Owner of the duplex we rented sent notices weekly about raking leaves and other petty things but would not fix things when needed. Owner also enters homes without permission of the tenant. Do not rent from this company they should be ashamed of how they do business.

Fantastic experience: Right now I'm with First Choice Property Management I'm looking for a 2-bedroom house a house not an apartment with a fenced yard I am not happy with these people after 3 years of being here are you I regret even having them as landlords I hope you can accommodate my wishes

Fantastic experience: We rented from them for about 4 months. We'd just moved to town, and they gave us a list of every utility and service in the area, address, phone to each - the ultimate cheat sheet, saved me a ton of time getting accounts squared away! From the onset, they were organized, helpful, and endearing to know as people too. We mostly worked with Lacey and it was wonderful, we came to appreciate everyone there. The few times we reached out, we got fast and thorough response, Lacey was very professional and damn good at her job too. It was mid December, and when they wished us A Merry Christmas and Welcome Home, it was earnest, joyful, and very gracious. We ended up buying it, and the refunded deposits came straight away, with a handwritten note. Gracious pros, it's everything I'd hoped for.

Fantastic experience: We have used this company for almost 4 years now and are nothing but happy. If we have an issue, we contact them and it is taken care if QUICKLY!

Negative experience: Terrible management and the neighbors are way to nosey. Especially them older ones

Negative experience: Took forever to fix anything. Then when I moved out they blamed me for a damaged garage door which broke trying to open it, and I called. They said they would have someone look at it, 4 months later I move out and and they try to say i drove into it when all the damage was AT the door handle. If I had hit it with my car the second panel would have been damaged not the first. So they refused to give me my deposit back even though I was the one who had to fix things around the house AND half the garage was filled with someone elses stuff the entire time I rented it. They are dishonest, lazy, and will nickel and dime your deposit so they can make a quick buck.

Negative experience: They were nice but never wanted to fix my extremely damaged driveway until after I moved out.

Negative experience: Very poor relationship with tenants. It takes for ever to get anything fixed. Took almost 3 months to get garbage disposal fixed. Dishwasher is still leaking. I know that these people only worry about money and don't give a DAMN about tenants. Will not recommend this place to friends.

Negative experience: This agency is the worst in klamath falls. I rented from stewart property during my junior year at OIT. the departure and carpet cleaning fees I did not receive my deposit back but instead was required to pay an additional cost. The best choice in Klamath falls is Lester realty. I used them the year before and the staff was extremely helpful and customer friendly. Lester is also much more reasonable on price. I lost a key and I only had to pay 5 dollars for a replacement. I also received my full deposit upon departure. Stewart property management will take you for your last penny if you let them.

Fantastic experience: The team at Stewart Property Management has taken very good care of me! I would definitely recommend any friends or family to go through them. Jenny has been very helpful through the whole process and is always there when I have a quick question or need to bug her, she does an amazing job. The whole team always look more than happy to see me when I come to the office to bug them with something also.

Negative experience: I guess, prior to even reading my review, you can see how this company has been on a steady decline by looking at the other reviews over time. I called this morning to look at a few units and the lady on the phone rudely told me that if I had read their whole website I would know that they don't show units while tenant occupied. Well that's all well and great but the pictures they posted were of an empty apartment. Nor did the ad state that the apartment was occupied or available on such and such date. When I mentioned that, she said if I had read the ad then I should know everything about the apartment. I said, actually, no, it doesn't tell me the smell inside and if it smells like pet urine or if smokers or meth user lived there. Then I asked since they had a tenant there, how old the pictures were. She said she couldn't tell me. And I said then, neither the ad nor the pictures really tell me anything about the apartment. She got really snotty then and said, "well, we have a lot of people who rent these apartments sight unseen and this just doesn't sound like it's going to be a good fit." I agreed. Stewart PM, you will not get my business or anyone else's who believes in quality customer service, honesty, and quality.

Fantastic experience: We bought a house in Klamath Falls in 2004. We turned it over to SPM even before it close escrow as we had to return to our place of residence in So Cal. Jack was in charge of renting out our home. He did a fabulous job. He made sure everything was handled professionally. He kept us informed of any issues as needed. He handled the disaster that the tenants left behind when they moved out--we would not have known there was even a problem had he not told us as the house was perfect when we arrived in Klamath Falls a year later to live in it ourselves. I would absolutely put any future rental homes in Jack's capable hands.

Negative experience: My family and I have been renters for years and never had any issues with our landlords in the past. When applying and filling out paperwork all of the employees we had contact with were nice enough. After viewing the place, we told them the carpets were 'crusty' feeling and they assured us they would be shampooed before we moved in...they were not. We didn't complain, just did it ourselves. After the first month they let a maintenance guy in for a minor issue with no attempt to contact us. I stopped in to let them know we were not okay with that and to please contact us if someone will be entering our place (which, unless it is an emergency, it is the LAW anyways). Maybe 3 weeks later they allowed maintenance in our place AGAIN without any attempt to contact us whatsoever! I again went in and spoke to Jack letting him know that I am home alone with my son sometimes and would be terrified if some guy came walking in my front door! I was in no way rude and did not raise my voice and Jack went a bit crazy on me! He started yelling, telling me nobody else cares if he lets maintenance in their house without letting them know (which I find very hard to believe, and again...against the law), and told me to move out. I spoke to a lawyer and he assured me I could stay put because we had a lease and he had no justification for telling me to leave. He also told me I could sue them for illegal entry as I had my proof, written and voice recorder. Needless to say, we chose to move anyways because I do not trust Jack or the company and did not want any further contact with them. I wish I had done some research and asked around town about other peoples opinion of them and I would have known to avoid them. Oh well, lesson learned and we now have a better place, wonderful landlord, all at a cheaper price. Guess things happen for a reason :)

Fantastic experience: Jennifer,Jack,and Darcy ROCK! While living in K.F a several years ago they provided us not only with quality homes to rent but afforable also. They went out of their way to make sure we were always happy and responded to our repairs immediately! We rented 2 homes from them and were more than happy with each one. When we branched out on the thrid move (not using SPM.. we ended up with a landlord who was coming into our home when we werent there and then tried to keep our deposit when we moved. He charged us $75 to paint the front porch (wtf??) SPM gave us a reference letter when we moved back to Reno that the Pope himself would have smiled on. I miss them all!
