I explained my situation with her and she spend her time explaining everything I needed to do. She was always available to answer any questions I had. Fantastic experience: We had a situation that can’t be too uncommon – my elderly grandfather passed away after retiring in Deming, leaving a house to take care of and sell. I had to take charge of the estate and deal with a house that hadn’t been lived in for a couple years. And I lived thousands of miles away. Big problem. Ruth Stallard at United Country Downtown Deming was the solution. In fact, Ruth solved so many problems that arose from this situation that I cannot stress enough how highly I recommend taking on her local knowledge, connections, and skill in effectively managing situations on behalf of clients thousands of miles away. She was an absolute savior. She solved the issues with local utilities. She solved the issues with some repairs that needed to be done to make the house ready for sale. She gave realistic assessments of the local real estate market as we put the house up for sale, netting a good price. In short, do you need someone to handle things because you don’t live in Deming? Ruth can make it work!

Negative experience: We lived in 3 apartments managed by UCDRE, the Florida Apartments. Always pay rent on time and try to be good tenants. FYI, be prepared to be deducted at least $350-400 from your deposit no matter how clean you get for your move-out. $350 for a small 2BD 1BTH and $400 for 3BD2BTH, that’s their standard charge. We cleaned the apartments very well (following their vacant checklist), have pictures taken, asked for a walk-thru. It doesn’t matter because you will lose your money anyway. The details in the final receipts given to you are made up. Oh well, it’s what you get for renting. When you rent, the rules are theirs. I figured it’s for their business operating cost and I understand that businesses have to make profit, but I wish everything would be more transparent and truthful. We’ve been with different landlords/property management company before (in El Paso and San Antonio), never got charged this much so it takes awhile to get over it. I do appreciate their flexible month-to-month lease and affordable rent tho. On the other hand, Roseanna Kuhlman was my realtor and she helped me buying a HUD home. She was very good and I appreciate her service. Thank you. Picture below is one of those we took upon move-out.

Fantastic experience: My father-in-law is 91 years old and lived alone in Deming. We have to sell his home to move him closer to most of his kids in northern Illinois. Since I am not from Deming, I contacted Roseanna in October as I have seen her name on one of the House for Sell sign around Deming. Roseanna jumped to action right away, stopped by within one day, got us market values and quickly within one week, we had the house on market. Roseanna was very flexible especially when we could not find certain paperwork necessary for the transaction and also had to deal with me long distance. Anyway, everything turned out fine, we had an offer within one week and since then the sell was finalized without any issue. I would recommend her without hesitation.

I am currently. an Associate Broker with United Country, but 4 yrs ago before I got my license April Gallagher was my buyers broker and she was awesome and was able to assist me and my family into our current home. At that time I was pregnant and about to delivery, April went above and beyond to help she was very considerate of our situation and was able to get us into the home about 2 weeks prior to Delivery. Thank you April Gallagher, thanks to all you did I made the choice to get my Realtor license to be able to repay the favor forward to other customers in need of a home.

Negative experience: All I can say is Rosanna Kuhlman is a liar she in agent here at this real estate company United Country Downtown Deming she sold us the house and we were from out of state and she lied straight face I asked her if it was windy here and she said no she told us nothing about the weather about the area, the dust, she knew my husband had COPD and that he couldn't be by dust and wind but she never told us about the wind here and the dust here, then she sold the house to us house in the Mexican barrio, there's blown out meth labs on the street it's crazy there's a farm right there down the street, trucks going by like it's the I-10 we thought we were moving somewhere peaceful in the country. she never told us about it we knew nothing about the area and she told us nothing she just wanted the sale she's a liar a cheat she cheated us out of our money.. I would never go to this realtor I would never use Rosanna Kuhlman ever as a real estate agent .

United Country Downtown Deming Real Estate is the company I rented from, unless they are using a different picture or adress for there building that they have on their profile, seeing that is the building I had to take my rent to" So Iong story short, they were trying to keep my deposit for water damages on a house I was renting, that I reported but they didn't want to do anything about it right away, so of course the water damage got pretty bad. I tried to take them to Cort for it, it took them more than 30 days to tell me about the deposit, and on the paperwork, they lied, telling the court I failed to report the damage, even though I called several times. So if your renting through them, I hope they treat you better than they did me. I think it's rather ugly behavior, for a company to lie just to get a deposit. They were very unprofessional with me.

Fantastic experience: Trying to find a place to live in a new town, at the onset of the caronavorus pandemic was a challenge that I could never have anticipated. Our realtor, Rosana Kuhlman is amazing. She worked her magic. She got us answers to our questions, she knew recources for us to go to, and she showed us results in a very timely manner, especially considering the circumstances. She really worked FOR US. I would highly recommend her for anyone looking to find a home that's just right for them.

Fantastic experience: It took FOUR months to close on my place because of a lender (NOT the real estate company's fault). My realtor stayed with me through the whole process. Travis went BEYOND a realtor's job to make sure I got my place and found a lender who would not flake and drop the whole process. The girls at the front desk Stevie and Hanna are awesome young ladies who make you welcome when you come in. I really enjoy doing business with this company.
