Fantastic experience: Daniel is a hard working agent. He communicated daily with us about homes on the market. . When we toured each home, he had us go through the home. He listened to us as we talked about what we saw, liked and were concerned about. He honestly pointed out concerns, costs of making improvements, neighborhoods, possible flooding concerns, schools, walkability, parks nearby, etc. He gave us advantages and disadvantages of different areas.

Negative experience: Daniel listed our vacant property as recommended by someone we knew. He got it listed quickly however he was very poor at communicating things with us. We had one miscommunication that cost us a buyer once and then after months we finally got it sold and closed on 11/17. On 11/20 he was texting with us wanting a check from us because they messed up the numbers on closing after we had asked him why our profit had went up and he never looked at why and now they're saying we owe. Very unprofessional in my opinion. I do not recommend him nor will I ever and I will tell whoever I know the same!

Negative experience: Wanted to place an offer on a property. Called back an hour before all offers were to be placed and never got a call back. Extremely unprofessional!!!! In regards to your response: We DID NOT have an agent that we were working with and HAD been pre-approved. This would have been known had we received a call back when we left a message. Please DO NOT make assumptions when you REFUSED to call us back after multiple messages were left. Again, extremely unprofessional. We only received a call back days later once we called the office and expressed our concerns. You have a blessed day as well!

His “tell it like it is” manner is what sold our homes. He told us exactly what we needed to do to ensure a sale. Our homes sold fast both times, and we knew exactly what to expect. Negative experience: You have rejected an offer that was pulled from the table and rewritten. Interesting that you did not reject the final offer. Initially, the home was listed and nothing was disclosed as highest and best. We placed an offer. Then the time was extended for offer with highest and best. Interesting that it would change. We rewrote our offer and submitted it within the time frame. That offer was not rejected, interesting. If your seller's were looking for cash it should have been listed as such. If your seller's were looking for highest and best it should have been listed as such. If your seller's were looking to auction the home, again, should have been listed as such. I realize the housing market is not favorable for buyers at this time, however, you will have people step away from the market for the very reasons listed above.
