She walked us through the steps and was knowledgeable, while always backing up her suggestions with data and her experience. She was very communicative and her follow up was amazing. Fantastic experience: Rheola is the BEST to work with! She has gone above and beyond for us and believe me when I say we are not so easy to please in looking for the right properties! After looking for what feels like forever and having failed offers (due too other agents errors) we finally pinned down our home. Let me clarify that Rheola was doing the job of both agents during the entire process and she had to go far beyond regular duties to help us get the home to where it could be financed, sadly the selling agent was terrible to work with and VERY SLOW to respond and resolve issues! We only have a home because of all the hard work she put into it helping us! If you want someone that is TRUSTWORTHY and ALWAYS watching out for your best interest YOU WANT RHEOLA!

Fantastic experience: Having began on the low-end of pricing, I was extremely pleased Rheola willingly continued showing me properties even though, at my price range, some needed to include a bulldozer, book of matches, and a construction crew. Determined to purchase a house, I reluctantly upped my price, and the clouds began lifting. The house I bought had only been in the market 24 hours, I had seen the ad and asked her on the spur of the moment what would be the chance of her securing a showing, and an hour or so later, at her advice, I made an offer. They accepted within 24 hours, and the rest is history. I would highly recommend this lady any time. She's sweet, cheerful, extremely knowledgeable, happy and determined to sell you a house, at any time.
