Fantastic experience: Moving is difficult. Especially when you’re trying to do a corporate relocation: multiple balls are often up in the air the air. My family has relocated eight times and in each move we have faced Different challenges. Our latest move was to relocate out of Newtown CT. Without Bob and Rochelle helping us out It would have been impossible. First of all, they make you feel like family. They are. extremely diligent in taking care of details and ultimately make sure that you’re properly represented in all aspects of the process. For us , timing and urgency was critical and Bob And Richelle came through with everything that we needed along the way. Fantastic experience: These two are amazing! Not only are they great at what they do, they go above and beyond. We didn’t actually buy or sell a property with them yet, but they did legwork on our current property to help us learn what we actually owned (we have several easements that were confusing). It was an absolute pleasure working with them in the sale of our house. As the owner of the home, it’s difficult to “see” the changes that need to be made towards preparing a home for the market. They knew what needed to be done to make our home more appealing to a buyer. Their advice was “spot on” at every stage of the process. Our new home was out of state and we had to move out of our CT house and relocate before we put our CT house on the market. We thought this would make it impossible for us to keep our house in top shape while it was on the market. But not with the Wards!
