Negative experience: Sara went back and a handful of promises and made the buying experience much less enjoyable that what we've experienced in the past. Once the dust settled on the transaction, she hit the road, and gave us canned responses as to helping resolve our problems. I didn't feel the level of customer experience that one should receive when making the largest purchase of their lives. Disappointing.

Fantastic experience: Juli was very accommodating and responsive to our questions and issues. Although we have bought and sold a number of homes, Our buying situation this time was a bit out of the ordinary and Juli was flexible and able to help us work though our issues. Fantastic experience: Couldn't be happier with our buyer's agent, Juli! We started our journey early in the fall and didn't know for certain that we would be buying in NH, but Juli treated us like we were a sure thing from the start. Whenever we found a property we liked, she was quick to set up an appointment and got all the details we needed. We weren't local, so Juli went to each open house/showing and conducted video tours. She was careful to point out the good AND the bad so we could make an informed decision. Fantastic experience: I recently land through Sara Holland realty. I had never purchased land before and had no idea how to proceed beyond a down payment. I was fortunate to work with Donna O’Donnell and she guided me through the process. She supplied me with all the necessary information and documentation to make the process go smoothly, She also supplied me with some title companies to use for the closing ( I went with Lighthouse Title Co) They were excellent. Fantastic experience: My family and I were looking for a second home in New Hampshire and Mindy Lusby found us the perfect place! Living several hours away in MA, I was worried about how the home buying process would go and if I’d need to make a bunch of day trips to NH to sign papers etc, however, Mindy kept me very well informed and we were able to do literally everything virtually, making the process super easy for me. Fantastic experience: Aubrey Freedman was our selling Real-estate agent. He works for Sara Holland and company from Plymouth NH. My husband and I highly recommend Aubrey, for many reasons a few within this note, We recently sold our property of 130 +/- acres in Alexandria NH. Closing was in March 2021. From start to closing took 5 months, at asking price, many of the showings were in the winter months. With deep snow, and cold windy days even rain when interested persons would contact Aubrey to see the property, if they were in the parameter of our stipulations. Aubrey would drive over and meet them, and off they would go chatting and hiking, many adventures trekking about our then beautiful mountain property, Aubrey would later share, with us of the adventures. Bob and I had listed our same property yrs. ago with 2 other firms, so in comparison, Aubrey went above and beyond as some other agents do. Aubrey has a down to earth, honest and humorous + calm personality, He was very professional in all dealings we would gladly hire him again should the need ever be for us to sell or buy property. He is extremely patient explains the processes as they were to be, I had a few stressful times via not understanding information, and Aubrey would explain + say relax and no worry, it will be ok. And It was ok. Before we chose price to list at, Aubrey did research and came to our home with comparisons of many MLS listings of land; of ones that sold and others not yet, we compared lay of the land and It was wonderful he included us to be part of the decision-making process in pricing. My husband and I were moving to the lakes region (NH) from southern NH and had very little time to plan. With the housing market being aggressive, Liz schedule many same day and next day showings for us and drew up offers within 24 hours. Additionally, she was honest and open about which houses she felt were a good fit and which we should pass on. Her ability to be a non-biased opinion is remarkable. We never felt like she was pushing a sale and her patience through such a stressful time for us was truly appreciated.
