Negative experience: You call Dillon Robinson and leave messages he never returns calls back to you, so you have to call the office! Dillion will also say he will call you back when you finally get ahold of him, then he never calls back! Terrible relators!

Negative experience: I am not a client but I am a residence near one of their recent listings. I want to say shame on you. You collected your advertisement signs but left the attention getting string of flags. Maybe it's because they were too tattered to reuse, but to leave them tied to fences at both ends of Johnson Rd in Maud, to flap like trash in the wind is unprofessional. Collect your trash and do better!

Negative experience: She does not treat people fairly. She takes money from multiple people for applications to rent the same property. Then she doesn't rent the property to the first qualified application she accepted. Instead she will rent to her friends and keep the application money from all the other qualified applicants who applied first.

Fantastic experience: Our realtor, Chip Coleman was very professional and came highly recommended. Given the intense housing competition, my family was concerned about selling our house in a gated community of Edmond as soon as possible. Chip made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps that many other Realtors don't (but should). With his turn key staff we were able to get the house cosmetically ready for market quickly. His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off and our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. Under his guidance and pricing strategy in a short time we had a strong and qualified buyer and we were amazed. We accepted the offer and Chip walked us through the inspection and closing process. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. I highly recommended the Chip Colman. He's a true professional and a genuinely nice guy. I realize it won't always be this easy to sell your home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor. I live in Houston and this was accomplished without me having to travel to Oklahoma once.

Fantastic experience: I had contacted SEVERAL agents on several properties across Oklahoma before I drove to Oklahoma from West Jordan, Utah and after I got there. I have to say that many of them didn't even respond but **LORA WILLIAMS from Pam Robinson Real Estate went ABOVE AND BEYOND HER JOB. The first day that I contacted her she had to drive 2 hours away to meet me, WHICH SHE DID NO PROBLEM. The next day after AGAIN trying to get a response from the listing agents she came back, ON A SUNDAY, to show me 5 other houses, only one listing was hers. Fantastic experience: I have used Pam Robinson real estate twice they are AMAZING!! My family and I found her when we decided to move from Oregon to Oklahoma. She did an excellent job helping us from another state. When my dad decided to purchase a house in Wewoka I went through her team again and they did a fantastic job on assisting as well. Negative experience: Be aware that they don't rent to anyone that owns a pit. Regardless of it's personality. We have a male dog that is the BIGGEST baby! He licks your face to death and thinks he is actually a human and wants you to hold him. NOT ALL PITS ARE VICIOUS! GET YOUR FACTS STRAIGHT!

Negative experience: Do not use this realator. We viewed two rental homes they had available. Both were infested with fleas and we were given no warning that these homes were infested. I had over a hundred fleas attach themselves to my socks and shoes resulting in countless bites and red markings. When I brought it to there attention that one of the homes had bug bombs placed throughout and they had a bad infestation then she blatantly said “well yeah, that’s what the bug bombs were for” not even apologizing for letting us into a home infested with fleas without warning. Now a month later at my current home we are battling the fleas that they so kindly presented us with. Then to top it off they let someone sign and move into said home with the flea infestation. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT TRUST THESE INDIVIDUALS.

Negative experience: If you see any property on her website that has been put back on the market absolutely ask for an inspection report. As a listing agent she encourages over evaluation of the properties market value. After a considerable amount of time without any offers the amount will be reduced. However the seller has had his appetite whether for more monies than the market will offer. As a potential buyer one can not deal on a realistic basis with the seller based on actual market realities and their heightened expectations. Secondly there is a lack of some basic legal knowledge of community and non-community property situations. As a result their dealings are with individuals who have no legal standing to enter into any discussions. Thirdly look carefully at any disclosure form provided. Whether they encourage it but they can have some glaring misstatements. This is a local concern populated by people who have spent a lifetime in the city of Seminole and have a web of relationships. They should at least question any statements that seem questionable based on their personal. None of this is in strict terms illegal but it denotes a lack of basic professionalism.

Negative experience: We entered into a rental agreement with Pam Robinson back in October of 2012. We received a letter on March 7th, 2013 from the home owner stating that the home was going into Foreclosure and that he was no longer using Pam Robinson as the property manager effective March, 1st, 2013. We had already paid our March rent so we contacted Pam Robinson Realty to discuss the letter and our options. My first conversation was with Dillion, Pam's son, who stated that we would be getting our deposits back shortly. I then asked about getting our rent back for March since we had already paid it and the letter stated that the contract between the parties had been terminated. He said he would have his mom call me. Two days later Pam Robinson calls me to talk about returning our rent for the month. She was rude, short with me and uncompassionate at all to our situation. She stated to me "that the home owner should have never told us he was foreclosing on the home, most of them don't and still collect the rent". She said that she would not be returning any portion of our March rent because "she lost a lot of money in this deal and she was going to keep our money to make up for her losses." So her bad business decisions cost me $475. But there was more, my next conversation with her she stated that "well at least you get to live there for free from here forward" So when the sheriff puts that notice on our door that states we have 24 hours to move out that is ok with her. Especially since I have two small children. Pam Robinson is UNprofessional, Uncompassionate, Lacks any sense of Ethics & is Horrible at doing Business. See what Ms. Robinson failed to realize is that I am also a small business owner in this small rural area and my company inspects foreclosed homes so I know the process better that she does. I would think twice before entering into any agreement with her or her agency.
