Jeff Rising Team | Cornerstone Real Estate

Fantastic experience: I’m a first time Homebuyer and the rising team really did a number on making everything easy and understanding. I definitely recommend going through them when buying your first home. Branden Ross was my realtor and I just gotta say, he did one heck of a job, extremely kind and understanding and totally generous and thoughtful of my ideas and what my thoughts were on a home. He’s not that kind of realtor that drives you to buy a house just so he can get some sort of payment. Brandon Ross really cares for the heart of you and all the buyers that he works for.

Fantastic experience: Jeff Rising helped me with the purchase of a manufactured home. He was particularly helpful as I was moving from AZ, and through a variety of phone calls and sight unseen the transaction was finalized. Thank you, Jeff.

Fantastic experience: Jeff stuck with us and made it happen!!!

Fantastic experience: Elizabeth was great to work with! Knowledgeable and communicative and helped every step of the way. This was our third time working with her and we wouldn’t choose anyone else!

Fantastic experience: Shelly helped my girlfriend and I buy our first house back in October! She was beyond consistent with communication, and quick with getting offers in, and beyond patient with us during the process! Would definitely recommend as she will be our first go to for future selling/buying opportunities!

Fantastic experience: Shelly put my mind at ease throughout this entire experience. I felt comfortable working with her, and she answered any and every question that I had while guiding me through this process. This was my first time selling my home and I thought this process was impossible until I reached out to her, and she walked me through each step. Thank you again Shelly for everything !!

Fantastic experience: Jeff helped me sell my mobile home after a long awful situation of trying to sell it with the park and getting no where. He made me feel supported and hopeful the entire process and really made everything feel as smooth as possible. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone

Fantastic experience: My husband and I were lucky to have attended an open house hosted by Elizabeth Rising. We did not get the winning bid on that property, but we walked away with great advice and guidance from Elizabeth. She was readily available to show us a number of potential properties and actually suggested we look at the house we purchased. She was always available to answer our questions and offered great advice. We would strongly recommend Elizabeth to anyone searching for a new house or wanting to sell their own.

Fantastic experience: My fiance and I were both novices when it came to the house-buying game, especially in this market. We managed to find what seemed like the perfect starter home. However, it wasn’t even on the market yet. We were unsure of how to secure the home, so we reached out to Shelly after hearing about her skillset and expertise from another satisfied customer. She worked tirelessly to broker the eventual deal, which led to our first home. Informative, succinct, streamlined, warm, passionate. Shelly couldn’t have been a better realtor if she tried, but I know she still would. Because that’s just the kind of realtor she is, a fighter who puts YOU above any number. My fiancé and I could not recommend her enough; we are eternally grateful for her knowledge and candor. If you’re looking for a first-time, second-time, or anytime realtor, go with Shelly Gutierrez. Thanks again, Shelly!

Fantastic experience: Even though I was living 1,000 miles away from Adrian, Jeff was able to handle the entire upgrading, marketing, sale and closing on a manufactured home I owned in Adrian. Fantastic experience: Shelly is absolutely amazing. I would recommend her to anyone who’s either looking for a house or even selling a house. I asked her about probably a million questions and she answered them all within minutes. For first time home buyers she does a very good job explaining things in detail so you understand what’s going to happen or what’s going on and the next steps. I give her the upmost respect she’s very good realtor 11+ stars. She was able to connect me with all the right people to lead me in the right direction and she went out of her way to do things that she didn’t even have to do which is really nice, especially as a first time buyer and not knowing certain things and aspects that was explained to me to where I could understand and comprehend on my level ….. Oh yeah, Best of all helped me get grants and blessed me so much. That helped me start my life off as a new home owner so thanks Heather until next time

Fantastic experience: Jeff was great during the process for my wife and I. On the day, we found our home, it was not even the ones on our list for the day but he went above and beyond to get us access to view it. He helped us along the way with all of the small questions and was always quick to respond. We closed in a really short time frame. As we are coming up on a year after closing, he was still extremely quick (not even an hour) to respond about a random question and situation that came up. He gave us advice and did some checking on his own. This completely exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend him.

Fantastic experience: My experience with remax was absolutely fantastic. When we purchased our first home, we opted to do a for sale by owner without an agent. The process was stressful, so when we were ready to purchase our second home and sell our first home, we knew we wanted to bring in a knowledgeable agency. Jeff and Elizabeth walked us through every step in the process and made sure we were confident in our decisions. Their work ethic and knowledge in the industry exceeded my expectations and I would recommend them to every one! Best in the business!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend using RE/MAX Main Street Realty. I worked with Jeff to get my house on the market and sold. Jeff was always available to answer my questions and walk me through the selling process. Not only did he get my house sold within just a couple of weeks, we also got a really great price for it. If you want a realtor that is experienced, RE/MAX Main Street Realty is the place to go.

Fantastic experience: We initially met Jeff as the selling agent for the property that we purchased. We were so impressed with his involvement in the transaction, that when it was time for us to sell, he was the guy!!! When we purchase again, he will be our agent for sure!! Thank you Jeff & Elizabeth, and The Rising Team!!!

Fantastic experience: It had been over 35 years since we had made a real estate purchase plus we were buying from out of state (purchasing property in Michigan while living in New York). Jeff and his team took care of everything in a friendly, professional, efficient and timely manner. It was a pleasure working with Jeff and the Rising Team.

Fantastic experience: Always very professional and focused on selling my home. The jeff Rising team is passionate about serving their clients. I was informed every step of the way of their progress and what the next step was to publish the listing and even with the closing of the sale. My home sold within a week and the purchasers were a perfect fit for my home. This made my transition of leaving my home even better!

Fantastic experience: Before choosing a realtor to sell our home, we did our research. My husband and I wanted to make sure we chose the right person that we could trust and that would also educate us along the way. When we bought our home we didn't know anything at all and it seemed like what we actually wanted wasn't really the goal of that realtor, that was an uneasy and rushed into experience but, this was a few years ago We just knew that we didn't want that experience again. I made posts on local pages and looked at reviews for real estate agents in the area. Jeff and his team had the best reviews and seemed to be very well known and liked in the community. After contacting Jeff, he got back with us right away and scheduled everything, he explained every part of the process in a way we could understand and answered every single question along the way no matter what time of day, he was always on it! Jeff and his team, are amazing! They made the whole process so much easier on us. I recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Fantastic experience: Jeff & Elizabeth Rising and the Rising Team go above and beyond for our Community. We highly recommend them and their Team.
