Fantastic experience: We recently moved out of a rental home in Crestview managed by La Bella Vita Property Group. Michelle and the staff were so great to deal with and quickly responded whenever we had an issue come up. When the refrigerator suddenly died on a Friday, they not only gave us a loaner, but graciously stored some of our seafood in the office freezer until the refrigerator was replaced! They also were very helpful when we needed to extend our lease. Excellent service, highly recommend them! Thanks!

Fantastic experience: To say I'm a "tenant" at La Bella Vita Properties would most definitely be an UNDERSTATEMENT!! More like FAMILY!! My family & I relocated in the middle of a pandemic in 2020 from Mississippi. We were living in a hotel paying over $1,200 weekly, when I came across a rental property at La Bella they were so helpful and willing to give us chance. They worked fast, & we were moved in less than 2 weeks! We've been here 2 years without the slightest problem. If you're looking for a place that cares about their tenants needless to say you've come to the right place. I LOVE IT HERE!

Fantastic experience: Great customer service! Very informative and easy to work with. The staff is very knowledgeable and professional.

Negative experience: They sure do love to take their sweet time to get repairs done. Most of the time it takes 3 calls to figure out what is going on, they will never follow up with you. Their rental rates are excessively unfair for the conditions of the property including the stipulations in the lease agreements which most if not all do not have ANYTHING included with rent including a bug-man. Be prepared to have any damage you report during your rental count against you when it comes to getting your deposit back which they already take a non refundable deposit from you! Like others have said, this company favors the owners and ignores and stifles the tenants. Save your hard earned money and find a different company to rent from. Shame on this entire organization!

Negative experience: Overall, a poor customer experience. Unfriendly staff, as I had a very short time to relocate. It seemed that I was bothering the office staff each time o called. Moved in and appliances are incredibly out of date and are very unreliable, which was documented by myself and mentioned to the office. The office seems to contract out in regards to “fixing” out dated appliances. Blinds were missing and it took numerous attempts to remedy the situation. One “company” they use told me that “they couldn’t do afternoon appointments due to traffic”. If possible, I would give 0 stars.
