Fantastic experience: Had a great stay at the Riverside Retreat! Beautiful house! With plenty of amenities to keep the whole group having fun and relaxing! Peaceful location with elk and deer. But also still close enough to town for any last minute needs. Would definitely stay at the location again.

Fantastic experience: This home was absolutely lovely and easily accommodated our group of 10! The location couldn’t have been better—it’s within easy walking distance of the main strip, which was super convenient. The host was wonderfully responsive to all of my inquiries, and a special shout out to Jhovany, who was sweet enough to drop off a full tank of propane. We ended up spending most of our time enjoying the great food and live music on the strip so we didn't end up using it, but the thoughtful gesture was so appreciated. Highly recommend staying here!

Fantastic experience: We stayed at the Heavenly Pines in Ruidoso, Nm. This was an exceptional five-star experience. The property matched the description perfectly, check-in was seamless, and the host made everything feel effortless and well-organized. The house was stunningly beautiful and immaculately clean! I enjoyed sipping my morning coffee on the patio, and the kids absolutely loved the hot tub. The kitchen was fully equipped and we enjoyed making every meal in this beautiful kitchen! Can’t wait to book another stay at Heavenly Pines!

Fantastic experience: The Mountain River Chalet in Ruidoso, NM was just wonderful!! My family and I (group of 11 people) planned a road trip, and when we found this place, we quickly reserved it as it was big enough for all of us and seemed comfortable in the pictures. Nonetheless, seeing it in person really went beyond our expectations. Every room was clean, the smell was fantastic, all utensils needed were available, and the view in the back was just amazing. Such a nice cabin for a big group. Simply LOVED IT! Definitely coming back!

Fantastic experience: The stay at Relaxion Station cabin was awesome. The cabin was very cozy, clean, well-organized, and close to downtown and other attractions. I would definitely stay there again. The administrator from the Destiny company was very helpful.

Fantastic experience: We were so looking forward to again staying at Almost Heaven in Ruidoso but had to cancel due to the devastating 2024 wildfires and flooding. Destiny Real Estate was very professional and helpful and allowed us to rebook our vacation. We highly recommend them and look forward to our trip later this year! Update: We finally made it back to Ruidoso. It was our second stay at Almost Heaven, and it was just as incredible as our first stay! This home is absolutely beautiful, with the most amazing patio views to the West, a lovely kitchen that is well-appointed and that overlooks the dining and living areas, three beautiful bedrooms, all with large bathrooms, and even a garage with some fun things to do (basketball set). We needed to extend our check-out by a couple of hours and so appreciate Destiny Real Estate for accommodating us once again! We read the on-site guest book and saw many comments from families/guests who have stayed multiple times in this beautiful home, and we also will be back! Can't say enough about Destiny or this lovely home.

The home was exactly as described (if not better) with plenty of space for everyone. The décor was charming, and all the little touches really made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect—close enough to all the attractions yet peaceful and private for a relaxing escape. We especially loved the outdoor space; the views were incredible, and the setting was perfect for morning coffee and evening relaxation. The kitchen was well-stocked, which made it easy for us to enjoy a few home-cooked meals. Our hosts were wonderful! They were communicative, thoughtful, and provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and activities. We felt so welcomed and appreciated their attention to detail. Overall, this property exceeded our expectations, and we would love to return again in the future. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable, scenic, and memorable stay!

They also helped me in the process to cancel my vacation this year because of the terrible fires and flooding that has effected Ruidoso tremendously. Fantastic experience: My family and I have been using Destiny Real Estate for over seven years for our Ruidoso vacation rentals. They are the best people to work with and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. They have always been a phone call away if we needed anything. I visited with Ronda last week about the recent fires. She assured me that if we decided at anytime prior to our arrival on July 3 that we were not comfortable visiting Ruidoso she would give us a 100% refund. In light of the recent fires and flooding we have decided that we were not comfortable visiting Ruidoso at this time. I called this morning and visited with one of her agents and he graciously issued a full refund and it should be back in my account in five to seven business days. So ... please if you are needing a really great place to stay in Ruidoso ... give Destiny Real Estate a call!

Fantastic experience: Due to the recent fires in Ruidoso we weren't able to keep our reservation made through Destiny Real Estate for an Air BnB. They were kind enough to promptly give me a refund. It is my understanding that not all "hosts" for Air BnB rentals in the area are giving refunds.

Fantastic experience: We have used Destiny Luxury Rentals several time and been very happy with their services. Unfortunately the fires of June 2024 have necessitated that we cancel our July trip. Destiny refunded our deposit in full. We will not hesitate to book with them in the future,

Fantastic experience: My family and I were planning to stay at one of their properties located in Ruidoso, NM, but unfortunately the area was struck by wildfires and we could not stay. The company promptly issued us a 100% refund no questions asked. They were very helpful and nice.I would reschedule and stay at one of their properties in the future.

Negative experience: Cannot tell you how awful this business is. So unprofessional and the property they rented to us was a gross disaster. The toilet exploded sewage while we were staying at the house and they told us they would put us in another cottage but that we had to pay an extra cleaning fee for the new house. What!!! I already paid the full amount for a house and cleaning fee. So ridiculous. The house we stayed in was not clean and beautiful as the deceptive pictures showed and the AC did not work properly, kept shutting off. I had to show up to the Destiny rental office to get any answer about not having to pay an extra cleaning fee after the house they rented to us was a disaster. Rhonda the owner is so unprofessional and so uncaring. Terrible place!! Stay away!

Fantastic experience: Love this place.

Negative experience: They had to switch us cabins which was a big downgrade of what we had paid for. We had no ac, no hot tub, no tv and game room as the previous cabin had. When we arrived at the cabin it was real dirty spider webs all over the place the house was full of dirt. We had to wash all the bedding. There was dirty pans in pantry. There was no patio furniture. We were very disappointed. Wrote them a email with no response back.

Negative experience: Not recommended, bad place my family member got sick, the restroom A/C didn’t turn off and I didn’t get my money back.

Negative experience: I booked a rental through this company and can not be more dissatisfied. My wife and I were celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary and had family members coming in from various parts of the county. The staff was very friendly and receptive at first, but after they charged my credit card $2,700, it was a different story. Thursday, the first day we arrived, the downstairs was extremely hot due to several of the windows air conditioners not working. I called the office Friday morning and made them aware of this along with some other minor issues. I was told they would get right on it, needless to say, they didn't. We had to buy new sheets for several of the beds because the ones they provided were of such poor condition, including a set that was literally coming apart. The smell coming from the downstairs bathroom was awful, requiring my family to keep the door shut. Again, another call and no response. On Monday, my anniversary, the power went out and the home became unbearable to stay any longer. I went to the office that day, turning in the key and telling them this wasn't the anniversary I had planned, to include driving nine hours back home on a day we should have been celebrating. I've called for my $200 damage deposit to be refunded and the $500 for the lost night. Again, more runaround, someone will call you, and three weeks later, still no contact. There are plenty of other companies to book a rental with and recommend people book through them and not this group.

Professional , patient, knowledgeable, informative, honest, very nice , hard working and did I mention VERY patient? Great experience . Highly recommend them.

Negative experience: I would not recommend this company at all! The description of cabin rentals are not right. On our cabin it was listed as a cabin and yet it was a trailer! A TRAILER!!!! We did not drive over 7 hours to the mountains to stay in a trailer. We vacation in a Ruidoso every year and have never been disappointed until this company took over and not to mention, the women are very rude. Don’t expect them to care if there is a problem. Hopefully this will help someone!

Negative experience: Wish I could give 0 stars. Poor service the owner Rohnda or how ever you spell her name is horrible so is Wilma very rude and not responsible. We rented the mountain star for 4 days we got there and there was bugs ants dust all over not even sweeped covers where nasty and not washed. They sent house keeping at 9pm we wanted to go to bed early to go out so the only thing that they did was throw sheets in the washers. Put a claim and they said that they sent the housekeepers practically saying you get what I give you. I do not recommend if you want to sleep in dirty sheets. I was told they wash then days before people even stay there. Good luck trusting these people.

Positive experience: Our rental was perfect for our family. There was everything we needed provided in the rental. It was very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and made priceless memories. The views were beautiful!

Negative experience: Not impressed with their services. We checked ina day late because of weather, and still had to do laundry ourselves. The house was not reasonably clean. Hot tub smelled of urine, reported it 3x, they never showed up to clean it. Called ahead, were told there was a charcoal grill, it ended up being a gas grill without any gas. Very rude personnel on the phone. When you pay so much money for a Holiday stay, you expect a little better customer service.

I had read some weird reviews concerning cleaning deposits being held and such, but after talking to the rental manager was confident that these spiteful reviews were a bit bias and most likely false (in the sense that Destiny was in the right to keep whatever deposit was required for repairs and deep cleaning fees due to incompatence and dissrespect of the renters themselves). We had a great time, enjoyed the jacuzzi, location, and cleanliness (Ruidoso Family Cabin). Thanks Destiny, we will deff stay with you again!

Fantastic experience: Destiny Luxury Rental has beautiful properties and I would highly recommend staying at any of their cabins. We have stayed at Paradise on the river, bear country, and starlight. All of them were fantastic. The cabins are well-maintained, decorated beautifully and very clean. The prices are reasonable and the people that help you go out of their way.

Negative experience: Avoid this stupid real estate. I would give zero if possible. We stayed at one of the cottages of Destiny Real Estate for 2 nights. We decently cleaned the cottage before leaving without any damage. But they charged whole of our deposit for cleaning, but they already took cleaning charges at the time of booking! The heater didn't work, they provide some room heater instead as excuse, which were not sufficient.

Negative experience: Heating system is bad. Excessive price compared to the facilities.
