Fantastic experience: James has demonstrated himself to be a knowledgeable and excellent realtor. He is very gentle and soft. He is also strong and stays in control of the sales process. We encountered one problem after another during the sale of a home in Plano, Texas. James provided the proper guidance every step of the way. He also has a superb network of contacts, home inspectors, appraisers, Finance people, photographers, you name it, James has someone to take care of whatever needs to be done. Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend James Spece for all your real estate needs. My boyfriend and I have been house hunting for several months. Fantastic experience: James met our very extreme circumstance without a second thought. My wife and I reached out to James to tell him that we were wanting to move to get our kids into another school district. This was 29 days before school started. Without hesitation he was sending us houses to look at the next day...3 days later we were going to them in person, and the following weekend we found the one we wanted. We made that deadline and he never told us it couldn't be done. He comes highly recommended now when someone asks!
