The 1 and 2-bedroom layouts are thoughtfully designed with plenty of natural light, spacious walk-in closets, and private outdoor spaces. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and close to everything you need in Midland. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable living space!

Negative experience: They don't return your Deposit. No matter how good you do leave your rentals. You will not get your deposit back.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I have bought and sold 3 houses with Sims and Guess. We have always been very pleased with our experiences of both selling and buying our homes. We bought our first house with June Guess as our real estate agent. June was very helpful throughout the process. The second experience was selling the first house and buying our second home with Gary Sims as our real estate agent. Gary went above and beyond in helping with the transactions. Our third experience was selling that house and buying our third house with Brent Sims as our agent. Brent was great. He helped us find the perfect home. We couldn't have chosen a better Real Estate Company.

Negative experience: Seldom will I write a review, however our experience with this real estate business was marred in lack of communication, follow up and offered knowledge to secure purchase. Sadly,Mr. Brent Simms although likeable lacks the ability to communicate, return messages or give any followups need to secure real estate. I would not rely on him and recommend you do your homework well as it applies to real estate purchase if dealing with this business. It is clear their interest is solely on sales at any expense. I wouldn't recommend this business to any novice customer needing guidance on a real estate purchase and to be prepared to be left out in the blue period.

In the preparation for sale, negotiations and through closing she was always kind, professional and an absolute delight to work with. We had a few tough points with the closing process, but Nicole was alway dependable and helped guide us in the right direction. I highly recommend her to anyone that is buying or selling a home!!

Fantastic experience: Jennifer Smith is an excellent realtor! This was my first time buying a home and I didn’t really know what to expect. Jennifer made the whole process so much easier than I could have imagined because she worked so hard to make sure I got everything I wanted! Any questions I had I knew she was just a phone call away and she always answered or got back to me very promptly. Negative experience: Contacted Barbara Benefield wanting help navigating buying a home from out of town. From the start she did not answer the (fairly basic) questions I asked as a first time home buyer, and after a handful of emails she just stopped responding. Unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: I have been renting through them for 3 years now and they have always been so responsive to any issues that we have had over the time we have been here and sent someone out immediately. Been very pleased renting from them.

Negative experience: Had Brent Sims as a realtor. Initially, he was responsive to questions but once the contract was signed, he dropped the ball on everything. Has been extremely difficult to get a hold of. Has not helped to enforce any of the terms of the contract. Can't even get him to help me find the location of the home's mailbox. He had told me that his job as a realtor was to keep ongoing business with clients, but obviously, the minute the contract was signed, he could care less and has let everything fall through.

Fantastic experience: We listed our home with Brent Sims and had a great experience. He spent time looking at our property, made practical suggestions to aid in the sale of the house, and was always quick to answer a call or text for any question I had. Our home sold in about 24 hours, and it was an extremely smooth process due in large part to his hard work. I would highly recommend him as a realtor; he is professional, knowledgeable, hard-working and honest.

Fantastic experience: Gloria Apolinario has taken my home and sold it 38-days. My previous Realtor is what you call a "post & Pray" Realtor. She posted a sign on my lawn, and did nothing. I had to work with her receptionist and got nothing but grief and frustration....for a year, can you imagine having to go through that? My old Realtor walked through my house twice this past year.....very disappointing. She also bad mouthed Gloria, and that was what broke the camels back for me. Now Gloria is a REAL go getter! She made fliers, spoke with businesses through out Odessa. She had shown my house 80-times in a little more than a month. She helped me make improvements on the house, while trying to save a little cash at the same time. She had taken another property that had been on the market for over a year, and she sold that too. She also has a passion for the homeless and less fortunate. She is a vital part of the Salvation Army advisory board, which I worked under. Again, she marketed and is a large part of the success of this homeless shelter. You don't have to believe anything I have said. Just look at the data. There are sales documentation and improvements you can verify Gloria will sell your house. She has improved my quality of life by saving me from this year long problem and converted it to something I can now look past. Please know I have worked with Gloria for the past 5-yrs and there is no better Realtor in Odessa, other than her. Thank you Ms Gloria! Keno

Fantastic experience: Jessica Woodard, I appreciate your review. I had the mobile home listed that you and your husband lived in. The actual owner was your father in law who resided in California as I remember. I found it rather difficult as a Professional Real Estate Agent of 10+ years to navigate through your insults during the short 3 weeks I had the mobile home you resided in " listed" out of a 6 month listing Contract. If you put your memory cap on... You resided in a mobile home which was on piece of property that at the time was not considered Real Estate. They were two different entities and you wanted it sold as one. In order to do that the Actual owner of the mobile home ( father in law) would have needed to fill out paper work to have this done. This absolutely irritated you and did not fit into your plans and I apologize for that! Myself as a Professional could not do anything further until this was taken care of. Wish you and your family the best and hope you were able to get the obstacle taken care of in order for the sale you were looking for!

Negative experience: Unprofessional. Realtor offers to show a couple of houses, never makes contact as indicated she would, never bothers to answer or follow-up on calls to see what was going on. Makes me wonder if she wants to sell a house or not. Disappointing for a firm with such a high rating on here.

Fantastic experience: Sandy Thompson is a wonderful realtor. We worked with her four different times to both sell and buy homes. Throughout the sales and purchases I felt comfortable asking her questions about the process and she never made me feel stupid. All questions were good questions for her. She was also always able to answer the questions with a good answer that I was able to understand.

Fantastic experience: I have worked with Sandy Thompson a few different times on both sales and purchases. Every time I worked with her everything was excellent. She is a great person I can know I can trust with my home. I am actually planning on working with her soon on another deal.
