Chris Kinstle, has the most relatable and engaging personality from a realtor I have ever met. He has the patience of a saint!!! We are in our '70s and needed special requirements and after 10 days of viewing homes Chris Kinstle found our Dream Home!!! These two together are an absolute joy to work with, with extreme professionalism, kindness, patience and tenacity to make their client happy but also sure of the home they pick! Because we're in Colorado and moving to SC we had to ship one of our cars out which got there much earlier than we are! Chris kinstall and Danny can still go above and beyond for their clients, they even made sure my vehicle made it safe picked it up and placed it in our new garage! Fantastic experience: This is my forth home, and have been involved in the purchase and sale of four other homes. Cindy is the best agent I've worked with by far. After calling two or three agents without getting a returned call, I found Cindy. She really listened when I described the type of home I was looking for and how far I wanted to be from the beach, and else that was important to me. I'm not sure, but I think it was a Friday, and I asked if I could see some houses the next day. I was expecting to get an idea of what was available, because I wanted to find something within a month or so. She showed me 4 houses on Saturday, and two months later I'm sitting in the second one she showed me! Between inspections, mortgage, insurance, walkthroughs, and closing, you need help from your agent within a moments notice, and Cindy was always there, going out of her way to help me get things done. Fantastic experience: Kimberly Fleming sold my condo in Shallotte for me during a tough real estate market a while back. Additionally due to personal reasons I needed to sell quickly. She did an amazing job making sure my condo was presented in a manner that made it appealing to prospect buyers. Kim accomplished that task with such professionalism and provided me with the input I needed to neat that goal. One day before the closing the buyers tried to add a last minute stipulation and she successfully protected me as her client in order for the closing to still occur with no additional stipulations. Fantastic experience: Our review comes a little late, we worked with Dani and Chris in November 2023 and have been living in our new home since Feb 2024. We loved working with them.
