Negative experience: It has been my experience that Mr. Oberry has a problem with the truth and will waste people's time. I will not be dealing with Mr. O'Berry again. I would highly recommend seeking out other more professional and trustworthy realtors.

Fantastic experience: Hire the professional... My husband and I decided we would list our first home for sale by owner. We enlisted advice from Walter and a few other Realtors before setting it up for sale. This was our first home, and we loved it, and figured we would be able to sell it on our own. During the 2 weeks we had it for sale by owner, Walter stayed in communication with my husband and I. He checked in on us and gave us pointers on his own time. He was honest and super easy to communicate with. After 2 weeks, we decided we did not have the patients or time to scout out these showings and to deal with all the questions. We called Walter to take on our home. The experience was PHENOMENAL, Walter said and did what he said he would. If he was going to email on a specific date he did. If he couldn't, he would call and communicate. He scheduled numerous open houses during the weekend and gave us feedback in a clear manner on things we needed to do. Hurricane Dorian hit the Crystal Coast during the purchase process. Walter was the man on the spot as soon as he could get to our house. Fantastic experience: Working with Walt has exceeded any and all of my expectations. As a local he knew the area well and was able to give me insight on specific areas that fit my lifestyle and needs. Right away Walt was incredibly friendly and took time to sit down with me and hooked me up with all the right people. He even recommended an amazing lending agent in the area who was also knowledgeable and friendly. Walt has been patient with me while also keeping me focused on the end game. He is a knowledgeable realtor, AND if he doesn’t know the answer he admits it, then makes it his mission to find out.
