Negative experience: Hiring Holly as a realtor was a monumental mistake, especially for a custom home. Her glaring lack of understanding and experience has resulted in an astonishing financial loss of $300,000. Holly’s management of our contract was nothing short of appalling. She allowed our ex-spouse to alter the signed document, which is completely unacceptable. Moreover, she insisted on improperly filling out the seller's disclosure just hours before our home was listed, showcasing a shocking lack of professionalism and attention to detail. It's evident that Holly prioritizes a quick sale over achieving the best outcome for her clients. Her minimal experience with starter homes does not equip her to handle the complexities of custom homes, and she grossly failed to uphold her commitments as stated in our contract. Her actions were detrimental to our sale. If you take a look at the listing for 9 Crescent Meadows Court, you’ll see numerous issues we raised that she chose to ignore. It’s alarming to witness her apparent excitement over a substantial loss—such as a home sale. Proceed with extreme caution when choosing a realtor. Holly does not act in your best interest and has demonstrated a willingness to exploit vulnerable clients, particularly those with disabilities. We learned this the hard way; it’s crucial to seek out qualified agents who genuinely prioritize your needs. Holly has even gone as far as to testify against me in court, making false statements to both the Judge and the commissioner in a blatant effort to displace a disabled individual. She disregarded the ongoing permitting issues I raised from the beginning, continuing to contact the county about inspections despite being told repeatedly to stop. This reckless behavior not only ballooned my attorney fees by around $10,000 but also ignored my clear communication about needing to raise the home’s price after incurring an additional $40,000 in finishing costs—something I had stated back in March 2023. My attorney had to respond countless times to her repetitive emails regarding resolved issues and firmly requested that she refrain from asking the same questions repeatedly. He also pointed out my irritation with her excessive use of exclamation points in every email, requesting that she cease that behavior. It’s worth noting that simple punctuation mistakes have cost corporations nearly $60 million in the past year. I recommend that Remax address the importance of effective communication with Holly, as her inappropriate use of punctuation can feel offensive, especially when dealing with clients. I would be willing to provide you with the names of five competent agents who will genuinely prioritize your best interests in the sale of your home and ensure that you receive the fair price you deserve—without enduring a significant financial loss due to their incompetence. Holly’s deceitful actions have inflicted severe financial damage on our home sale. This has been an overwhelmingly negative experience, and I will be confronting the repercussions of working with Holly Krump for the foreseeable future.

Fantastic experience: We used Holly to sell our home. She gave us any advice we needed for preparing our home for pictures and listings. It took us three months to get our home ready. The photographer and marketing materials that Holly used were excellent. They helped showcase all of the effort of maintaining and updating we had done over the years. Immediately after hitting the market, over 48 hrs, we had over 24 showings. Not only that but we experienced torrential rain, an unexpected roof leak, power outages, and a flat tire. We had offers coming in and wanted to accept our first offer without waiting. Holly convinced us to be patient through this time and we received more offers. We ended up with a great offer and were ready to start the process towards closing and moving on. One of the new lender requirements was having a recorded shared well agreement with the three other houses that we shared a well with. We payed to have a simple agreement drafted up saying exactly what had only been verbal for years. Two of the three neighbors refused to sign this agreement because they didn’t want an official document. After weeks of stress and heartache dealing with them, we found our one Hail Mary. In order to be able to close, our only option was paying to have a private well drilled for the house. Through this rigorous process, Holly was in constant communication with the buyer’s agent. She also took on communicating with all of the neighbors involved. Holly was always kind and professional despite having all of these obstacles and dealing with some not so nice people. She has helped get us in contact with companies from any field we needed and has stuck through this hard process to see us out to the other side of the well being completed more that a month after we closed on the house. Fantastic experience: I am writing this review in regard to my recent home purchase that Holly help facilitate. I am going to break this review down into different categories to hopefully help any future home purchasers. Communication Holly's communication was always very quick. I always tried to keep my communications for her within business hours and doing so I always received a response back from Holly in a timely manner. If she was unable to answer the phone when I called, I followed up the call with a text asking whatever my question or concern was at the time and she promptly responded to my texts. Questions This was my first time purchasing a home so I had a lot of questions that may have seemed like silly questions for anyone working within the real estate industry; however, Holly always answered them without any issues and never made me feel embarrassed for asking any of the questions that I may have had. This included even after the home had already been purchased. The Actual Home Holly only ever made recommendations if I was unsure when making a decision on the home. This was the theme when working with Holly even when attempting to pick where I wanted to build my home (subdivision). I never felt pressured to keeping adding on add-ons to my home and was able to design my home just the way I wanted it. Other Choosing the right real estate agent is definitely an important decision due to the extended amount of time you will be working with them (if you are building a home). As I walked through different open houses and spoke with other real estate agents that I encountered prior to meeting Holly, I quickly came to realize that I was definitely appreciative of working with Holly and having someone who was responsive throughout the entire process.
