Fantastic experience: Working with Austin and Taylor Sullivan of Sullivan Real Estate, we couldn’t be happier with the results! Prior to listing we had a water leak and Austin recommended a cleaning and restoration company that did a fabulous job getting everything dried out and replaced quickly. We ended up listing only 3 weeks after our target date. We received and accepted a full price subject to sale offer within 3 days. We were kept updated weekly as we waited for the other property to sell. Austin also provided ongoing updates of what to expect as the inspection, appraisal, radon test, etc. were completed. From our first consultation to closing day, he went above and beyond many times. Buying/Selling our home was a stressful and overwhelming process, because we were moving out of state and had already purchased home in Texas. Fantastic experience: There are many words that could be used to describe Austin, but the one that stands out the most to my wife and I is “patience”. You could even say he is as patient as a fisherman fishing with no bait. I would say we looked at 20 houses with Austin. Working in the trades you notice diy fixes, handyman specials and just shotty work in general, so you could say I’m picky. However, that did not change Austin’s professionalism. He asked that I give him one weekend and if it did not sell then we would re-look at our options. I agreed and it was the best decision I made. I SOLD my house in one day.
