Fantastic experience: Buying and selling in this market requires an expert. Let me tell you Brit knows her stuff, like, really knows her stuff. She laid out every option and scenario to help us get into the home we wanted, at a price we felt good about, and with an interest rate that was solid given what the market has been doing. She helped us price our current home competitively, at a price that would hopefully sell fast, but also give us the financial footing to step up into our forever home. She had our home under contract in less than 2 weeks! Like the psycho I am I probably called her a thousand times with "but what if..." questions. She picked up every time, talked me through it every time, and genuinely helped me keep my sanity. She always put our best interests above everything and lead us through some really tough, personal decisions and never once made us feel rushed or pressured.
