Negative experience: Repeatedly texts my number about properties and making appointments for showings. Has claimed I was looking at a specific property on his website. I am not, nor have I ever looked for a property anywhere. In person or virtually! Also he is in VT, and I don’t live anywhere near Vermont. Despite telling him these things, he continues to text my phone. I’ve now blocked him.

From our first house viewing through closing on our new home, Becca was a pleasure to work with: she's knowledgeable, responsive, and a great presence throughout a stressful process.

Negative experience: Requiring personal information to view photos of homes is not user friendly.

Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful experience when we sold our condo with Flex Realty. Giles was a dream to work with from our first connection with him to our closing a short time later. He was incredibly well organized, knowledgeable and easy to work with in every step. He helped us price the condo just right, did great photos and a write up, found us great traffic at an open house and many showings, and helped us end up with several good buyers. He moved us with ease through thoughtful decision making, a home inspection and fire marshall inspection to a perfect closing. We can't imagine how this process could have gone more smoothly. As well his representative zero experience and you would think he would accompany his unexperienced agent for her first visit/sale, no chance. Brian expressed very poor representation

Our home search spanned 8 months during the height of the housing frenzy of 2021-22. In addition, we were living 6 hours away, so viewings had to be tightly scheduled for specific dates. Negative experience: This particular realtor with Flex Realty acted outright unethically, blatantly disregarding signed contracts, missing deadlines without notice or explanation, attempting to conceal five-figure repair estimates, and using extremely shady and questionable negotiation tactics. The level of unprofessionalism in his communication and conduct was frankly shocking, and I would not be surprised if multiple ethical violations took place throughout the transaction.

Negative experience: Give an offer the seller comes back with a counter offer we accept. They call at 6pm on a Friday night saying they got a better offer. Literally 5 minutes to the deadline of signing. Very shady and unprofessional. I hope the seller sees this we were prepared to offer 20k over asking however due to the unprofessional realtors at flex we walked away.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I had to relocate out of beautiful Burlington because of a last-minute job change. Although we were sad to leave such a quaint community, our realtor, Giles, made the home-selling process seamless and painless, all in the midst of a full-blown pandemic. Although I had not worked with Flex Realty during my previous home-buying experience, their positive reputation preceded them (my mortgage officer raved about their expertise), thus my decision was clear from the get-go. Our experience went something like this: Called Giles on a Tuesday, explaining our situation. He was out to our place that evening to take a peek, fill us in on their approach to home-selling, and made honest and useful recommendations based on our situation. After the requisite paperwork, Giles had our house listing live that Friday evening. Tapping into his network and using the latest in home-showing tech, which was all super convenient and end-user friendly. Here again this made it such an easy process. We had ELEVEN showings over the weekend, and FOUR offers by Monday morning. Giles gave us a buzz Monday mid-day, advising us on the route that made the most sense to him, and we were under contract by Monday evening. His direction even went against an offer that would have given a larger portion of the commission to Flex Realty, demonstration that he has your best interests in mind when selling your home, which I thought was genuine pragmatism on his part. Home inspection was uneventful. Here again Giles was a pro intermediary and we addressed the minimal actions that were needed without any fuss, and closing proceeded without a hitch. We have suffered very stressful home buying/selling experiences in the past: bickering agents, multiple inspections, delayed and rescheduled closings, open building permits and un-inspected safety issues, senseless screenshots of persnickety texting arguments, etc. NONE of that here. Giles filtered out all the micro-updates that one can get buried in in the home buying/selling process, and kept us in the loop for relevant updates and actions that needed our attention. Our journey with Giles was an invigorating reminder of the joy that is tending to your home investment. The real estate world needs more pros like Giles, and we are extremely grateful to have had the opportunity to work with him.

Fantastic experience: I recently sold my home (March 2020) due to an unforeseen hardship, and I have nothing but good remarks to share about Jeremy Collins & Flex Realty. Jeremy had already worked as my realtor once before (when I bought the same house I just sold) and it didn't take even a second thought to choose him for the sale because of the outstanding experience I had the first time.
