Fantastic experience: As a buyer, I’ve had consistently great experiences with this estate sale company and can’t recommend them enough. Every sale is well organized, and the photos are clear and detailed, which makes browsing and shopping enjoyable instead of overwhelming. It’s clear they put a lot of thought and care into how everything is displayed and managed. What really sets them apart is how friendly and helpful Joe and Patrick and the rest of the team is. They create a welcoming environment and are always willing to answer questions or assist without ever making you feel rushed. One example that really stood out to me— I purchased a lot that included two chairs. When I arrived for pickup, the staff let me know they had found two additional matching chairs and included them with my purchase. That level of honesty and customer care is rare and very appreciated. Their website and online auction platform are also top-notch—easy to navigate, intuitive, and reliable. Whether shopping in person or online, the entire process feels seamless from start to finish. My brother and I were at a loss on how to deal with everything in our parents estate. we knew there was value there but also there were memories. and how do you toss or sell memories. well these guys helped us separate the wheat from the chaff when it came to an auction and in their work if the came across something they thought may have a deeper value to us than money they would bring it to our attention in not time! from the estate sale, to clean up, to renovation, to sale of the home. all of our questions were answered. all of our concerns were addressed. I live in California, I was trying to navigate my sister’s estate in Louisville, it was beginning to be a nightmare until I met Dave and Steve. Their company was able to tackle a 2000+ sqft home with overwhelming contents. They were able to sort through, organize, place on auction, deliver to non-profits, and clean up! The auction also included a car, which received a must high big than I could’ve ever received selling it on my own. They have an impressive organized, sophisticated, online auction. The next phase I took advantage of was the sale of the home. Their company prepare the house with needed repairs, deep cleaning and a remodeling job I wanted done, which in turn sold the house at over asking! Dave and Steve took a big stressor off of me and my family. I don’t think any of this could’ve gone as well as it did without them. They were truly sent by God, especially during a difficult year globally during a pandemic. Preparing and mailing items to me reassured me that family treasures would be kept safe. Fantastic experience: Steve and his team at Legacy were so helpful when my grandmother passed. It's always a difficult time when you lose a loved one and they were so compassionate and helpful. They went in and sold all of the belongings in the home that we didn't want and handled the pick-up and clean out. Then they handled the sale of the home. They offered everything from cleaning services to fixing up anything in the house in order to sell. They sold the house for asking price in four days. Steve was always available and so professional yet personable. I could not have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this company.

Fantastic experience: I have used Legacy Home and Estate services twice now and cannot recommend them enough. The first time we used them my Grandfather passed away and we were left with the daunting task of clearing out 60 years of clutter on top of selling the house and getting rid of the trash etc. as I was researching dumpster companies someone suggested I give Legacy a call. This was a game changer....Dave, Steve and their team came in and in great detail explained their services. They said they would sell anything of value, get rid of anything that was trash and even could sell the house! I opted not to have them sell the house as they were a newer company and this was my largest asset. I signed a contract for them to handle everything else. One of the best decisions I ever made. They came in and cleared out the entire house and believe me this was no easy task as my Grandfather was a collector of everything....their knowledge base of what had value was like being on an episode of antiques roadshow. Transparently they went thru everything with us and explained what would sell well and what we were better off donating. Once we all agreed on what was what, they had the house broom swept in no time and a live internet auction where we made more money than I imagined you could ever get for this old junk! Even old couches that I thought had no value they sold for a few bucks and saved us a trash fee to remove! The process was seamless. They even helped me stage the house and painted two different rooms cheaper than the other quotes I received from painters to get it ready for sale. I knew they were good when my realtor called and asked for their contact Info for another house he was selling. Fast forward 6 months down the road and I got an out of state job offer and decided to relocate. I called Legacy again and this time with a lot less items for sale I decided to let them sell my house. Once again I could not have been happier. They guided me on what repairs were necessary to get the value I wanted out of the house. Once again they sold the items I decided not to take with us on a live auction and put some Jewelry my wife decided to do away with in a different auction to maximize its potential. The real estate transaction was flawless and even though I liked the realtor I used on my grandfathers house, Legacy had a lot more to offer. If someone passes away or you need to relocate and have no time to deal with the tedious and time consuming process of individually selling items one by one on eBay of Facebook and dealing with constant sketchy transactions and bringing in dumpsters etc. call Legacy. Once I signed I did nothing except get handed the keys to a broom swept house and a check for its contents or in the case of my house literally handed them the keys and received a check a little while later good to go. They are transparent thru the entire process and communication is quickly responded to in detail. I cannot tell you enough how happy I was with this company. Unfortunately I no longer live in Louisville so I cannot use these guys in the future but if you are a KY resident and need any of these services do yourself a favor and call Legacy.
