Fantastic experience: I would 100% recommend Nancy with NO reservations to sell your house. I had a house in Macon GA which went on the market after I had moved to Tulsa, OK. Nancy coordinated all of the repairs to the house, marketed it so well, and went above and beyond to make certain it sold. I have sold 3 houses now, after having moved across country and without a doubt, this was the easiest. I attribute that to Nancy! She is professional, funny, warm, and most definitely has her clients' best interests at heart. I HIGHLY recommend her for anyone who needs to sell OR buy a house!

Fantastic experience: It is very rare in life to come across someone like Nancy King. She originally helped me and my family buy a house in Forsyth, Ga during the height of the pandemic of 2020. She knew just what to do and at exactly the right time. Nancy was also well known to the other realtors, agents and the attorneys we used at Martin Snow in Macon. But when my father passed away in 2021, Nancy was able to advise me, guide me, and finally when we listed it, she sold the house in 27 days - right before the market started to cool down. Amazing! She always calm and encouraging but also very honest, down to earth, and experienced. I can't thank Nancy King enough for her hard work and efforts in helping make my family's dreams come true.

Fantastic experience: Nancy was a pleasure to work with from several months before I even put the house on the market. The house went on the market after I had left the area and she kept me up to date and apprised of everything, explaining all the ins and outs of the entire selling process. It didn't take long before the SOLD sign was put up.

When Nancy came on she helped us through every stage of the sale of our home which was on the market for nine days when we received a pending sale which in turn our house is now sold. Nancy is a very professional agent. Thank you so much Nancy!

Fantastic experience: We were so fortunate to have Nancy King as our realtor. From the first meeting we had with her, we knew she would sell our home for us. Nancy is very professional, polished but very fun to work with. We could always count on her to show up when we had an appointment with her. She manages her time very well and would let us know when we could expect her right down to the minute. She provided great feedback about the little things we could do to allow our home to show well. Nancy along with her stager, did a great job staging our home. She made sure that I was comfortable with the final outcome of our home looking after it was staged. Nancy also did a wonderful job with the pictures and also had a virtual reality tour of our home available on-line for potential out-of-town buyers. Nancy always provided us with instant feedback when our home had a showing. I never had to follow-up with her and she provided both positive and negative feedback that she received from the buyer's realtor. Very enjoyable to work with and a very classy lady! We were very pleased as our home was sold in five months.

Fantastic experience: Nancy has bought and sold a few houses with us. She is fantastic. She was responsive, involved, and answered all questions we had.
