Fantastic experience: Newer to Dubois County, we heard glowing recommendation for Sell For Free via a coworker. Hannah and Brenda were a delight to work with, and they helped our son into his 1st-ever home. I knew the Welsh's were the Realtors for our son when listening to them on our local radio station; when asked about their featured listings of the month, Brenda shared a listing under $200K. I was so impressed-- the Welsh's are truly, truly in the corner of folks of all economic levels. The very 1st time we met Hannah at a showing, she had literally dropped personal business at a local store, and rushed over to the home to enable our son to have a viewing of a very desirable property.

Fantastic experience: It was a pleasure to work with Brenda in both selling my home and buying another home. This had the added bonus of saving the realtor commission on the sale of my home, which is what makes it “Sell 4Free”. Brenda is easy to talk to and very knowledgeable of the local real estate market. As we walked through potential homes she was able to spot flaws that I would have overlooked, as well as pointing out the positive aspects of a feature or floor plan. Part of the marketing of my home was an online virtual tour which allows potential buyers to “walk through” the property before scheduling a showing. Fantastic experience: Brenda was amazing at finding my home!! I was a first time homebuyer and on my own but Brenda did not make me feel this way. She helped me through every step and called frequently to inform me of anything new. She is always smiling and so nice!! I will always use her as a realtor.

Positive experience: Persistent realtors but attentive to find your area of realistic costs and fit to that. I lost my first attempt of getting my first idea of a dream home due to lack of information being delivered to the realtor I was dealing with. We had a hot lead a house that was already in the works of being sold during the time we were viewing it. It couldn't be helped another firm was listing it with proprietary information. I met the realtor in this firm I'm reviewing through a open house viewing elsewhere and happened to pass by that house for sale that I couldn't buy. I got the impression though, that if you are a seller working with this company Gary will be fair to you. He will stay impartial to both parties involved but due diligence will be handled to get the house sold as soon as possible. He and his wife will work hard to get everything both parties are hoping for. I unfortunately was a buyer needing a house to fit my all wants to a low end budget. I found a better fit for my situation elsewhere.

Negative experience: Worked with Sell 4 Free to sell my home. My home was thankfully sold quickly but I was not pleased with the service I received and the way I was treated. I was in a divorce situation, which the realtor was aware of from day one. Unfortunately the realtor used this to their advantage; the realtor went behind my back on multiple things. Instead of getting the 'ok' or permission from both parties involved (myself and ex-husband) the realtor went behind my back and didn't ask for my permission on multiple items. Very unprofessional in my opinion, it was just as much my home as my ex-husbands and both parties should have equally been informed and/or asked.

We had a none typical home for Jasper and we were ready for it to be on the market for awhile. Steve helped us go over the house be for we listed it and made recommendations which saved us money on the back end. Fantastic experience: We've thoroughly enjoyed having Karen Haug as our realtor. She's very knowledgeable and has had a lot of patience with us - which we have really appreciated - throughout the process of preparing to list and in selling. We knew it would not be the easiest property to sell but Karen works hard and brought us a buyer pretty quickly. We're out-of-state sellers so it's been great to have good communication with her at all times. Karen has a great personality, is easy to work with, highly ethical, and is a dedicated professional.
