Fantastic experience: Mrs Fallon did an exceptional job with explaining the process of purchasing a home. From putting the necessary people in your path from the lending portion to the day of closing. I highly recommend her in assisting with purchasing or selling a home she does an awesome job.

Fantastic experience: Brooke Todd was my realtor during the purchase of my house in 2024. It was crunch time because I was due to have my baby but she NEVER failed to tell us what cracks in the wall could be, cracks in brick or foundation, she helped point out the obvious things about the house that’d need attention. As a young couple in a rush to close we weren’t paying attention but she had us. We closed on our house and 5 days later my little girl was born. Brooke Todd is not only an honest and very helpful realtor, she is one that will become a lifelong friend because of how she treats you like one of her own. It’s not just about money with her.

Negative experience: We moved here from out of state and it was the worst experience we have ever had. Seems all they sellers agent only cared about was her money. Some of the repairs that were supposed be done were not completed. Previous owners were still at the house after we closed. We didn’t even get the keys from the agents. We had to get them from the seller. I highly recommend to use a different realty company.
I am so sorry to read this review as we strive for all parties to walk away from the closing table satisfied..After speaking with my agent, who was the listing agent in this transaction, representing the seller.. it is my understanding there was not a final walk through performed before you attended closing. The seller had items left to retrieve from the property after closing that caused your dissatisfaction. In a standard transaction you wouldn't sign closing documents unless a walk through was performed prior to closing and you were satisfied with the condition of the home, provided keys at the closing table when funds are exchanged. I apologize for your disappointment and any inconvenience our seller in possession after closing caused you.

Fantastic experience: When we moved to Greenwood a year ago, we were given the name of Emily Turner at Greenwood Realty as the realtor to contact by a coworker. That was the best recommendation (of any kind) I have received to date since moving to the area. Emily went out of her way to help us find a home in a short time frame, as we were moving from out of state. She continually followed up on the property for us, gave us recommendations on contractors to hire, met the contractors and inspectors at the house, and fought some battles on our behalf throughout the buying process. There is no way we could have found and purchased our perfect home without her. When visiting the office, the rest of the team has been as helpful and friendly as Emily. If you want a good realty team, look no further.

Fantastic experience: I have been a loan processor for years, and the knowledge, professionalism and caring nature of the realtors at Greenwood Realty is worth more than a five star rating!! I am not just a loan processor for a broker that has completed transactions with Greenwood Realty, I am a customer as well. No other agency has the style, grace, knowledge or caring personalities as this one.

Positive experience: I actually had a very good experience with this company. I didn't realize how fortunate I was to have rented from them until I rented from a property management company that displeased me. Let me state that I liked renting from this company even though I lost my security deposit because, in all truth, I should have lost it. I had to pay to wall paper a room because my kids ripped a couple pieces and that's an expensive fix. The agent was super understanding and tried her best to find the cheapest repairs. They ALWAYS completed work orders in a timely manner and I'm talking about within hours. I strongly recommend them.
