We received an offer to purchase within 3 days after the listing was posted. We are extremely pleased with the professionalism of WTHS2 and Tammy. I would highly recommend their services.

Negative experience: Dealt with Bernie Ohlhauser at Llano Grande Resort , both the buyer and myself where not overly impressed with the service.

Fantastic experience: Lynn Fiveash did a great job

Negative experience: We have had the worst experience with one of your realtors Lynn Fiveash. We agreed with her to sell our home, she showed it twice and we are the ones who actually got someone to buy our park model but let Lynn do the paperwork as we did sign a contract with her which has turned out to be a real disappointment to us overall, as Lynn never communicated with us about anything going on we always had to ask. Top it off on our closing day we were blind sided by the closing lady when she informed us that not only did we pay our realtor her fee but she also agreed with our park to give them 2900 and didn't even discuss this with us first as our home was free and clear no liens. Plus to top it off we were full-time winter Texans and she told us we had to be out that same day. We were never asked or told when to be out. This was in the middle of a month so we were paid in full for the month thanks to Lynn giving our money to the park with out discussing with us first. Then we were threatened by the new owner that if we weren't out by a certain time his sister was going to call the cops. Later that day I had received a message from Lynn saying that we didn't leave the house furnished we did.,but I did not leave a TV which by looking up a TV is not part of a furnished home only furniture.. We feel we were treated wrong we do not feel she did the work that we paid her for. We will never recommend her to anyone!!

Negative experience: Never have I had such a bad experience with a real estate agent. Tena Burton was not helpful. Ignored my phone calls but would answer immediately if I called from another number. Treat me terribly and ended our conversation with “Please don’t contact me again” Well Tena I have no I intention if ever contacting you again. You are in the wrong business!

He has worked diligently to get us a place but since we are in Missouri now b4 we could get there to see a place it would sell..the markets hot in the Valley folks!! Fantastic experience: Nice homes

Negative experience: The idea of seeing all the listings is great but the site is not easy to navigate. And it takes a long time to load each page so you have to be very patient.

Negative experience: We went through a realtor with this group and the amount of miss truths it s mounting! Her name is Ritaand she lies and tells you whatever you want to hear. She suggests Galvan Ins. We did take her advise and Galvan was happy to take over $900 to insure our mobile but had no intentions if processing. The receipt had a fake policy number per Stanard Insurance. We gave discussed the situation with the Insurance Commission and they are going after Galvan. Do NOT deal with Rita or Galvan.

Negative experience: One of the worst web sites that I have ever been on for real estate listings. Has anyone in your office ever tried to navigate it? We were looking for rv lots, Casitas, park models etc. in Llano Grande and some other parks in the valley and what should have been an easy search turned out to be a nightmare.
