Negative experience: These people are nothing but scammers. Make sure everything is on paper and make sure it's clear. Also take pictures of the copies they keep. The majority of these reviews are fake, it's why most of the 5 star reviewers only have (1 review) and nothing else on their profile.

Fantastic experience: You may expect that the real estate agent is always working for the seller since his take is based on the total selling price. While everyone has to make money... this was an experience I didn't expect! Steve Jones did a fantastic job in assisting us with the commercial property we just purchased. Negative experience: I am completely disappointed with this company. Their top realtor was caught blatantly providing racial demographics of my neighborhood, in my yard. This is a violation of MY civil rights as the seller and resulted in the buyer not purchasing (Civil Rights Act of 1968 and Fair Housing Reg).The broker accepted the blame but later stated “they were only providing information requested by the buyer”… my driveway camera system shows other wise. Either way, a federal complaint was recently filed with HUD. Licensed officials must follow state and federal laws, this “good ol’ boy mentality” won’t be accepted.

Fantastic experience: Craig Brinson did an excellent job with the sale of our homestead property that had been on the market with a different realtor for over one year. Craig expanded the viewer site options, actively marketed and showed our vacant home and within three months had a buyer that wished to and actually to closed with three weeks of their offer of about seven percent under our asking price. We are extremely pleased with Craig’s commitment, perseverance, decisions, communication and professionalism, as well as his friendly manner. Our hat is off to Craig Brinson and The Barnett Group.

Negative experience: Chris Adler is a very unprofessional, immature property manager. I know places to rent are scarce in Edgewater and surrounding areas,but I would steer clear of this place. You will honestly regret it. It takes forever for them to fix anything,if they ever get to it at all.

Negative experience: J.C. Adler is extremely unprofessional and rude. He will end up costing this company, and the landlords they represent, more money over time by trying to tie up everything in court processes. While the prior 2 PMs were decent people and both appreciative and understanding (typical recipe for a successful relationship), J.C. tries to bully and intimidate. Remember, the law supersedes landlord/tenant contracts.

Negative experience: Looking to rent a home in Daytona or ormond beach both agents I spoke to were very rude and not helpful at all took my business somewhere else glad I did

Fantastic experience: I don't know why people give them bad reviews i been renting a house from them for years they been nothing but nice to me and my family

Negative experience: If I could give a no star I would, my husband and I bought our first house, I asked her over and over if our mortgage payments would show up on our credit since it was a personal finance and we weren't getting a bank to finance for us, she said yes, I was assured that it would. Which is the ONLY reason why my husband and I decided to buy the house, it was a good price and a good way to build our credit, since we had none. It's been 4 years, my husband and I are about to hit 30, and we found out this past year after checking on our credit, at 28/29 years of age, we have NO credit still. absolutely none of our payments show up on it. I called the Barnett group to ask what was going on because she assured me that it would show up... She only replied with basically calling us a liar telling us she would have never told us it would show up on our credit. BULL, I remember that day perfectly, I remember asking over and over, it was the ONLY time I have ever bought a house, I am sure she doesn't even remember us with how she stated "I would have never told you that", heck it took us calling her office multiple times a day for several days for her to reply to us. She even told us she'd give us a welcome tree for our house when we moved in, never received that either. There are many things I remember perfectly in my life, when my children were born, when I got married, the first time I bought my own car, and when my husband and I bought our first home. I know for a fact she told us it would go on our credit, or else I would have wanted to continue looking. why would I want to be 30 and have absolutely NO credit?

Negative experience: They are terrible they won't fix anything wrong with the house that they are renting me and I have to wash my babys bottles and my babies with bottled water because they won't fix the water it's brown

Negative experience: The worst real estate company I have ever dealt with we rented a house through them and they have not fixed anything that has to do at the house all they ever do is hang up on us and treat us like crap they are the worst and most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with
