Negative experience: Tell me how this is ok! If you give them a 30 day notice and only pay for the time you are going to be there then they decide they will charge you the full month plus late fees! This review is for a friend, NEVER would I rent from someone so dishonest!

Negative experience: Was charged ETF even though I completed entire lease. Was charged for paint to repaint wall that were not properly painted when I moved in. Then put me on forever hold when I called back.

Fantastic experience: Never had a issue with the landlord Michelle anytime there was a issues she did her best to try it get it handle when ceiling stated to have leaking issues I contacted her and she did her best to get someone out as quick as possible even replace the cabinets would’ve stayed if I could only reason I had to move was do to change in position at work and being transferred back to Greeley at company’s request thank you again Michelle for all you did for me I very much appreciated it Doug

Negative experience: They would probably be OK but since the property we moved into was completely broken, they have allowed the owner of the property to refinish the downstairs from scratch to put a tenant in. Even that would be OK, if both occupants already in the property didn't work from home. This office and all the staff have done nothing to help minimize the intrusion the owner has deemed necessary to maintain that lavish lifestyle. Worst rental experience in 30 years of renting.

Negative experience: Renter or buyer beware I am a 100% honest person I rented the place from Michele she stated to me the owner is cheap and will not upgrade windows or anything else that needs to be done with the place on 851 Denver St. unit number two. When I rented the place there was numerous things needing to be fixed which none of them but two were fixed blinds that were melted and a torn sliding screen when I left the place it was spotless when I rented the place it was in poor shape I took pictures and videos prior to renting it I wrote down all that need to be fixed none was fixed in the eight months I was there and I received a small portion of my deposit which they stated they had to clean the outside windows which I could never see out of very clearly because they were water stained when I rented it the windows wouldn’t close because they were falling apart this is why Michelle stated the owner was cheap because the other ones had new windows but other owners I would not do business with these people use another realtor they are not honest I was praised when they showed the house townhome to the new renter a female police officer that I kept the place so clean they were amazed. My reimbursement did not reflect that they sent me a list of things they needed to do like clean the second story windows outside and other dumb stuff that they did not do for me they would not repair anything for me the window wouldn’t close he sent the guy to close it but he never fixed it liars cheaters do not do business with them if you do you like I will be sorry they kept at least six to $800 which should’ve been reimbursed to me 100%

Fantastic experience: This is a long overdue review, we rented from them back in 2017/2018, rent was very affordable, and everyone I came in contact with at the office was always very professional and polite! Our agent was Michele Owens and she was absolutely fantastic! She made the move-in and move-out process so easy! We also got what was due back from our deposit super fast with no issues!

Fantastic experience: Lots of options and price ranges to fit your budget. Professional and polite realtors. In my opinion, Remax knows the area best and has the most rental properties you can choose from. Michele is straight forward, she will answer all your questions and always answers text messages (my main communication). We have been renting with Michele for three years, not looking to change.

Negative experience: This place is by far the worse property management company I have ever seen, while we were living in the house we rented from them we had sewage back up into the basement 8 times in 10 month period to where it affect almost every room in our basement all they did was sent a guy out to shampoo the carpets. Obviously never truly fixed the issue. There was a leak into the basement and I notified Michelle Owens and when they sent someone out to fix it they said they found nothing and then months later it caused bigger issues and she blamed us for it and charged us out of our deposit, she also said I had not paid her water since October 2017 and I was current as of January 2018 so not only did she take out 338 dollars from my deposit for that but what happened to the 150$ a month o was paying her from October on there for stealing basically $938 from me just for my water. You try to talk to her about anything and she just starts fighting with you and arguing then becomes vindictive...I highly recommend to find someone else to rent from if at all possible this company is scum.

She was extremely helpful/super friendly and knowledgeable in my moving of housing for school, and even stayed out all night to ensure when i got into town that i got the apartment! Plus it was everything i was looking for as a poor college kid. Cant thank her enough!

Negative experience: There are better ways to find housing in Sterling. Craigslist, in this case, will probably save you a lot more money.

Negative experience: By far the worst experience I've ever had at any place I've lived. They are rude, uncaring, and don't give a shi*t! We don't have any fire alarms or carbon monoxide alarms. None of the windows open, our backdoor doesn't open, it took almost 2 months for someone to come fix the front door because I (being a girl) couldn't get it open, my boyfriend had to do it.We have 1 heater in the house on the opposite side of the house so it doesn't heat anything except the room it's in. They act so nice until you need something and then just magically forget to call you back or do any repairs. We moved in during summer not knowing any problems we would have during the winter, the house doesn't just sweat, it pours, it's extremely humid and everything is covered in mold, which again they refuse to do anything. I have a 3 month old living here and we have to move out while my boyfriend stays until the lease is up. DO NOT GO THROUGH REMAX,! Especially Dennis W!
