Fantastic experience: You cannot go wrong by using Ernestine. I had the pleasure of using her as our Realtor at a time when I was really going through many of life's' Navigations. I have meant many times, to just sit down and make a Google review that was sufficient and able to convey how our experience was. Every time I had a question there was a response with which was always quick. My words aren't needed to show any professionalism, She does that on her own. When looking to relocate choose Ernestine Brinager. She is the one who has the help you need. If She doesn't have an answer for you , she will make sure to find the answer. I cannot express my gratitude toward her for her help. With that note, whether Buying or Selling , the choice is yours but I strongly Recommend Ernestine Brinager from Landmark Realty. Hands Down .

Negative experience: Not professional and lack of responsiveness. I contacted Kim to sell a land parcel but was ghosted, she didn't answer my emails. If it's not a good fit, at least she should've communicated instead of leaving clients hanging. Don't waste your time here.

She is straight forward, to the point, tells you what to do or what to expect and really goes to bat for her clients!!! She has MANY years of experience and gets the job done. Ernestine rocks!!!

Negative experience: Buyers Stay Away, our Escrow deposit is not handled professionally and our deposit is still not returned after cancelling the contract in the due diligence time.

Negative experience: Horrible experience with this company. Specially Linda Vega. Completely unethical, bad intentioned, want to take advantage of people good faith! Sad to see how you trust in these professionals and all they want is to find an opportunity to steal from you. Now considering the idea of hiring a lawyer in order to get my money back! Please be aware of this company and business owner Linda Vega, don’t do business with them. They will screw you up if they find a chance.

Negative experience: They NEVER call you back & only rent to you if you have PERFECT CREDIT. Also YOU have to PAY for them to check your credit, be PURE BS!

Doing this all with my being out of town and not being able to be here. She also recommended high-end contractors and she herself would go and check on them. I cannot say enough about Debbie and Landmark Realty you cannot go wrong they are experienced and wonderful. :-)

Fantastic experience: I've been working with Ernestine for a while she's helped me twice they make you feel comfortable the very knowledgeable and if they have to work a Sunday they will work a Sunday and that's a plus in my book because a lot of Realtors do not work on the weekends I could keep going on and on

Fantastic experience: Great Realtors. I've worked with these people several times. They are a professional, hard working bunch. I plan on using them again, and recommend them highly. I've bought houses using their realtors, and have asked them to manage my home - rent it out - when I'm not using it. They are on our town's downtown main street, so are very visible to anyone looking for a great real estate company. They know everyone, so if you're going to be new to the area, you couldn't find a better group to work with.

Negative experience: My experience with this particular realty company is as follows: I moved out of a place that I rented from them and had a cleaning service clean the whole place and took pictures to verify the job was done... 3 weeks later I had to go up to landmark to see what is going on about my security deposit and the lady Linda assured me that they have been in the house and I left it a mess. Mind you I have pictures and a receipt from cleaning company who cleaned the property. I called a few times prior and I was told someone would be in contact with me. They lack communication unless it has to do with something they need from you. I was never late on my rent and always paid full amount. It seems to me that they are not being honest and if I have to I will be taking this to court for further review. I believe this branch of landmark realty does not represent the franchise well.

Negative experience: I used Landmark as a rental management company because I was out of state. I never seemed to get the truth from them. When they secured tenants for me and the tenants did not put the electrical bill in their name, Kathy at Landmark took it upon herself to use my rental income and pay the tenants' $150 plus electrical bill! I had to wait more than one year to be reimbursed. I foolishly used them to sell my property. I feel they did nothing to try to sell it and the house sat empty for six months. They had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to do a short sale when it was not necessary. Maybe a friend of the listing agent wanted to buy it? I retained a new realtor when my listing contract expired; and the property sold in 11 days at a higher price! Stay away from Landmark Realty.
