They told me exactly what I needed to do make it most marketable, have an amazing photographer who made.my house look incredible, and knew exactly the right timing to put it on the market. It was hard to hear some of her input, but was well worth the time and energy to follow her recommendations because we had offers within 2 days at full asking price. Can't ask for more than that!
