Negative experience: Lived in one of their properties, infested with mice & bats! unfinished rooms in the same apartment being rented. also mt then 2 year old had lead in his blood from this home. i caught at least 8 mice in one night we came back from vacation right after we moved in.

Negative experience: This company is a joke stay away from them I have family that used them and it was a disaster. If you want to be nickel and dimed and screwed over we’ll use them I guess. It’s bad when the landlord said he was going to stop using them because they do whatever they want when they want. And he said he is not sure why he gets his money until the middle of the month even though people pay on the first. Sounds to me like they are using people’s money to fund the other half ass company’s that are under one roof.

Negative experience: Denied me no explanation?? “ We were unable to accept your application for the following reason(s)” they listed no reasons… I would like to at least know why I got denied that would’ve been nice. Credit, income, what???

Negative experience: Terrible business had my truck towed because it was a week out of inspection, and during the heat wave this summer the power went out and had to wait 6 hours for them to send a maintenance man to fix it and he didn’t even do anything terrible company wouldn’t recommend to anybody not to mention out shower is falling off the wall and they won’t do nothing about it

Negative experience: Do not rent from these people. The Owners of our property are very kind and handle things when they’re actually notified. The property manager(s) on the other hand - poor communication, inconsiderate of people’s time and schedules, unprofessional and unorganized and ignorant to the laws of a rental property. We’ve been called “whiners”. We have mold and numerous other issues and had to contact the borough to get things handled. They want their money though.

Negative experience: I’m Very disappointed with the service provided. Communication was consistently difficult, and it was hard to get anyone to respond in a timely manner. Routine maintenance requests were often delayed or not handled properly, which caused ongoing frustration. Overall, the lack of reliability and follow-through made it hard to trust them to manage things effectively

Negative experience: Would like to start out that I have a property that they are managing for me in leola will not disclose the address, but every monthly check that the tenant is paying before paying me they take their cut for doing the managing which is fine it’s a small percent but I noticed that they started taking out a repair fee it started happening every month which I later found out that they weren’t repairing anything but where charging “repair fee” off my paychecks

Negative experience: This agency is honestly a joke. I’ve never seen anything this unfair and greedy before. They act like they’re working for the landlord, but really they’re just looking out for themselves and trying to squeeze money wherever they can. They’re taking money from landlords and at the same time charging tenants extra without even letting the landlord know. Like how does that even make sense? That’s shady and completely wrong. You trust them to manage your property, and they’re just pocketing extra money behind your back. It’s honestly frustrating because there’s zero transparency. No communication, no honesty — just straight greed. It feels like they’re taking advantage of both sides and thinking no one will notice. I wouldn’t recommend this agency to anyone. If you’re a landlord or a tenant, stay away. They can’t be trusted and clearly only care about making more money for themselves.

Negative experience: The property that I stayed in, had several serious concerns. There were ongoing pest issues, including mice, and at one point a bat inside the home. Communication with management was consistently slow, even for urgent maintenance issues. As a result, many of these problems had to be addressed using my own time and money due to the lack of timely response. I also found their billing practices unclear, as charges were not always properly explained or supported with documentation. Overall, I am very disappointed with my experience. Based on this, I would not recommend this company.

Negative experience: REALTY UNPROFESSIONAL GROUP !!!! Worst rental experience we’ve ever had. Gave notice March 11, moved out end of March, and they still kept our entire $1,700 deposit over a “technicality.” Charged us $300 for a furnace filter (normal maintenance) with zero proof. Negative experience: Absolutely would NOT recommend this agency. The entire year dealing with them was a nightmare. We had serious issues in the house, including gas fumes, and it took them about a week to respond — which is completely unacceptable when it comes to something that affects safety. On top of that, after moving out, they kept my entire $1,700 security deposit and added questionable charges with no real proof. They charged me $300 for a furnace filter, which is clearly normal maintenance — not tenant damage. The oil tank was empty when I moved in, so any buildup in that system was already there. When I asked for documentation, they couldn’t provide anything showing the filter was replaced or that I caused any issue. Just charges with no proof. This company seems more focused on keeping tenants’ deposits than handling things fairly or professionally. I tried to resolve everything respectfully, but got nowhere. If you rent from them, document EVERYTHING because you may need it later. I gave notice on March 11 and was fully moved out by the end of March. While they claim it wasn’t “proper notice,” it was clearly given in good faith and well in advance — yet they still kept my entire deposit based on a technicality.

Negative experience: Rented this home from a Amish landlord without notice took over my lease to be told I had 30 days to leave.even setting up payment agreement to be on time each month. Now telling me to be out in 30 days . Unrealistic situation, when still want rent. Absolutely not rent or buy a house from then they will take your home from under neath you!!!

Negative experience: I wouldn’t even consider them for a property management group if you held a gun to my head. They have a property THAT HAS A COLLAPSED THIRD FLOOR THATS ROTTED, and it’s being rented out, the bathroom has no vent actively installed and thus violates code. there’s no fire extinguisher provided, there’s a hole in the vent where the hot air comes out of and it’s a gaping hole. The oil heater barely works and when it does it’s like begging a candle for warmth And the maintenance requests take weeks to be taken care of. Not days. Not same day. They’ll act pleasant and kind and like they care but they just want your money and will gouge you for every penny you have. Do not go with them, steer as far away as possible and find someone with a reputable history I pray that you as a property management group figure out how to actually do your job instead of dragging your feet and collecting a check

Fantastic experience: Rented a property from this company. Sarah was always prompt to respond to any and all of my questions and concerns. Had zero issues with the moving in and out process . Only needed maintenance one time and they were swift on their efforts to resolve the issue. Would rent from this company again.

Negative experience: I'll come back with my book of complaints when I leave the roach infested rental unit i am in. I do NOT recommend these people. Very very very bad people. 615 Fremont St. IT IS 100000% INFESTED and I haven't been able to get rid of them since I moved in. Make sure when you rent and you see bugs you address it immediately and make them responsible until the bugs are gone. As per the lease tenant is responsible for rodents and bugs. So they spray, bugs go away for a bit and when they come back it's now your job to get rid of them. PS this is just one small complaint out of many that I have. I would love to sue these people.

Fantastic experience: Me and my boyfriend rent from Realty Professional Group LLC, and they are pretty awesome to us, they rarely say no if you want to add like curtain rods, smart electronics, ect most people who rent do not allow things like that! So I want to say thank you guys for being awesome and being apart of my very FIRST apartment ever! ALSO… your maintenance guy is cool and does great work when called! So KUDOS to that guy! ALSO SARAH IT TOP TIER! I don’t ever have problems getting responses and if you know me, I am a worry wart so I am the type to message once forget everything I have to say, and then have to message a couple more times and they answer every single message and have since the beginning! Fantastic experience: Carolyn was awesome. She answered my emails quickly and fully. Got me in to look at the house I wanted to look at the same day and was able to sign the lease a few days later. When I went to the office to make the security deposit she greeted me with excitement about being able to help me secure this home for rental. This company is amazing. Fantastic experience: I was in search of a home at a certain amount of times due to things. I seen multiple homes with this realty so decided to reach out & theyve been helpful throughout the way. Great communication, understanding & friendly. I was able to find a home in a good neighborhood, i always know im able to reach out & there has not been any issues. They work with you! & during these times thats all that matters because finding a place these days have been rough and theres been higher expectations for ppl that are barely making it. Very grateful for all the ppl who work at this office.

Negative experience: property’s are infested with roaches and there are 2 properties that smell like cat urine there is 1 of there properties that is all black once you go in there are no lights and 2 vary messy the moment u walk in they only have 1 property that is not infected with but has no light on the way up and messy when u walk in but the rest are u see there poop everywhere and u can see 3-4 walking around and that’s bc it’s empty but I bet the moment you get comfortable they start coming out.

He was the best land I had for the short 4 months I lived in his property he did his best to accommodate me with maintenance issues all thiugh the buying is very old he did his best to get Maintence to fix things. Negative experience: Don't rent from this company. Long maintenance response times, unprofessional interactions. Have had unclean drinking water for months ( coliform indicated (aka septic in well)). RPG owner/management said, " we are not required to test or provide clean drinking water". A couple months after I posted this review they placed a notice to vacate on our door, reason claiming to be the owner is taking it back (the owner has his own house/land, lol). Never have missed a payment in several years time. Edit #3: few weeks after vacating the apartment, and being told we were told to leave due to owner taking over/renovations, RPG posted the unit for rent for a few hundred more a month without renovating the unit. TLDR: RPG kicked us out to increase their profits. Godspeed to those who give this company $$.

Negative experience: ABSOLUTLY ABYSMAL PEOPLE TO BE RUNNING A PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY. Apartments reported with SEPTIC (literal human waste) found in their water that they refuse to do anything about because they "legally don't have to" when tenants report things like the water supply or their stairway and porch falling apart that leads to their front door they are greeted with an EVICTION NOTICE and the only explanation being "owner wishes to reclaim property". while trying to ask more about the eviction Adam Lewis refuses to talk THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR QUALITY OF LIFE. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS POOR EXCUSE OF A COMPANY.

And, the fact that you have trouble with tenants says more about you than it will ever say about me. Maybe if you had tenants who stayed in your properties for 13+ years you wouldn't be such a miserable *&^%. Just say'n. My interaction with this person was less than professional. I can't believe I gave you all my credit history at such a preliminary juncture. Which makes me wonder. How's is my credit compared to yours anyway? I bet I have you beat!

Fantastic experience: Five years...I’ve rented with RPG and have dealt with Adam Lewis. I have never had any issues with getting help when needed. Adam responds to things that need fixed himself or has someone else out immediately to take care of things. It’s an old house so we expect issues here and there, but it’s great knowing that this guy has our backs!!! Even if he has to roll up his sleeves and fish a bunny out of the well...seriously no joke!!!

Negative experience: Your response to my previous review doesn't explain why you refuse to tell people why they are being denied when their credit wasn't even checked. And why is the house we were interested in still listed for rent months later? Surely someone would've been qualified by now. See you have another one for rent on State St now. Wonder how long that one will sit empty? Why has your property at 1110 Fishing Creek Rd in Quarryville been listed on Zillow for over 4 months now? Does the landlord know you are denying qualified tenants while his property sits empty? I don't understand why all these landlords are using scam artists like you who I'm sure are making more of a profit showing these vacant rentals and taking prospective tenants application fees, while the poor homeowner is losing money every month in rental fees that could have been made by good tenants you keep denying. And to all the landlords out there....trust me, you would do much better if you would stop using all these scam artist property management companies and go back to the old ways of handling your properties yourself. Why are you trusting some stranger to handle your own home?

Negative experience: Total scam artists. Never bothered to contact me about my rental application. When I finally got through to them, they were very rude. Told me I was denied, but refused to give a reason why. Said they didn't have to. If they cared about people and not the application fee, they could at least give a reason so people could work on whatever the problem was for being denied. Companies like this one are contributing to the homeless problems. Why is it harder to rent a house nowadays then buy one? It is absolutely ridiculous, but Karma always wins. All these scam companies will get paid back eventually. They should all become homeless themselves or be in jail!!!

Fantastic experience: I rented from this agency for more than 3 years and they always made sure to address any issues promptly and with great professionalism. They are always very understanding of issues that my family and I encountered and really seemed to care about our well being not only as tenants but as people. Highly recommend this realtor!

Negative experience: Like any other realtor company, they're nice until you pay the application fee. I waited several days for an answer of whether I was accepted or denied and never received a call or an email. They took my money and never even ran a credit check on me, tried contacting the company but found that my number was blocked before I even had any contact with the company. Took this as fraud so i contacted my bank and filed a dispute and got my money back, then I reported the company. Don't be fooled by these frauds, report them and get your money back.

Fantastic experience: I have rented with Realty Professional Group since 2014 .They have always been professional and courteous in our dealings. Quick Time responsive for any needs to the property . You can always get Adam on the phone if there is an issues even on holidays. They will usually have someone there the same day or next morn to address the issue. Adam has always presented himself in a respectful and professional manner. Overall they have handled their business well and have been personable and respectful throughout my tenancy. Would highly recommend if your looking for a place in Lancaster..Regards . Valentin

Negative experience: I totally agree with the previous review. They don't even care about you or your application. I had to call them a few times to get a response about my application. The apartment was available, so I applied and then the next day rented to someone else even though I was elegible and my income by myself without couting my fiance's was 4x greater than the rent.

Negative experience: Very 2 faced company, they act nice in the beginning, make you pay a non-refundable 15 dollars for an application fee per person, then dont even acknowle your application, rent a home out from under you, and take your money. Very unpleased experience.
