Fantastic experience: We selected Kimberley to be our realtor after she came highly recommended by a family friend. We were in search of someone to assist us with the daunting and emotional task of selling my grandparent’s house. Our family had a lot of changes between June 2022 and August 2023. Some of those changes included my grandma passing away, my grandpa moving into assisted living, and more! To say she was incredible is an understatement. Not only did she answer all the questions my mom, aunt and I had, but she personally found time to meet my grandfather who resides at St. Mary of the Woods in Avon. When a horrible storm hit, she was quick to assist and help us come up with a game plan after flooding occurred. While this may seem like a small gesture to her, it was a big deal for my mom and I who both teach full time and my aunt who lives in Boston. My grandparent’s home is where I spent most of my time in my 26 years of life and while I am sad that I will no longer get to spend time in the actual structure, I will always cherish the memories that were made there. I will forever be grateful for Kimberley kindness and grace during this time. While we found a great realtor in Kimberley, we found an even better friend.
